I've been working with SAP ERP for last 5 years, and its a very complete suite for ERP tasks, it had made easier our job, many processes have even been speed-up and upgraded lately, they are faster than before, and its an software very much customizable, and has an good support from all modules Finance, Sales
Sometimes vendors give you high hopes on this software, and sometimes it has it limits, so i've seen some users that think this was going to be an ultra speed erp, and it is not

SAP S/4HANA CLOUD has brought about a very huge difference in our enterprise management processes compared to our previous ERP vendor. The product is generally easy to deploy and does not require specific skills to implement. Customer services of the software are brilliant. No delays in response. Introduction of the product in our organisation has streamlined accounting services, HCM, procurement and general project management. The software integrates with other solutions and has real-time data processing capabilities
- The software has amazing data visualisation features which enables quick analytics and reporting
- Ability of the software in Swiftly processing large volumes of data in real-time
- Pricing of the software is a major challenge towards implementation of the software
- It is not affordable to small organisations and businesses

From implementer to daily user from logistic side
In overall, I like work with SAP system. Its very user friendly, not so expensive in implementation comparing to others and easy to learn.
- The most I like possibility of improvement the production cockpit where we add many options of scrap, rework or prodoction version reporting
- It gave us great possibilities to analyze production process statistics
- Least in SAP I like the pace of work - many reports are generating some minutes

great software enable company to manage accounting and business in all levels
there are lots of FInancial and tax reports i am suing on a daily busiess to review, reconcile and file tax returns

Effective but overly complex
My overall experience with this software has not been positive. I give this a very average rating as it does accomplish what is needed but is overly and needlessly complex and not intuitive.
