Schoox the game changer
I got a great experience using it even though I have only used it for about 4-5 months. A great software though
- The most important part of this software that I personally like is its user friendliness
- That is great
- It’s not a big deal but there’s been some glitches while using it
- Sometimes it takes a lot to fix it

Great Training Host and Tracking Functions
Years of experience after switching from another training host with my previous company.
- Training management made simple
- Progress tracking and followup is great
- Actual video streaming function worked great
- 4
- 5*
- No interactive video function, just click play and watch
- Videos could be "skipped" by dragging the time bar forward
- -1/2 star

A mid-range LMS with limited features.
It's a lower mid-range LMS. I've implemented or administered over 7 different LMS's for organizations. It lacks in so many features, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, except someone who wanted a cheap, limited featured product. Plan on attempting plenty of workarounds to make things happen.
- Fairly easy to use in basic functions, like adding a user, course, etc
- Simplified LMS
- A basic LMS in every respect
- Lacked many mainstream features like grandfathering credit for courses when new versions come out
- Everything had to be loaded into the "warehouse" first and you couldn't delete anything from it, like older versions, etc
- Limited search capability for users and user maintenance
Switched From
Wanted to upgrade the LMS, like its features, use, etc.
Why they chose it
"Much cheaper than alternatives. Appeared to have features needed, on paper."

Schoox is a rich Platform for Scalable Learning
Schoox is a robust learning management system that offers great tools for tracking, managing, and delivering training/teaching — but it requires some initial time investment to master the backend.”
- Schoox has a user friendly interface, it is intuitive and easy to navigate for both learners and students It also offer one with flexibility in creating personalized training programs for different roles
- Discussion boards, forums, and peer interaction

Good for General Learning, Lacking for Medical Content
My interaction with Schoox in general has been good, but an MBBS student finds it limiting. Its easy-to-use interface simplifies browsing of the many general learning materials the platform offers. Though my schedule of medical school is busy and sometimes erratic, I appreciate the flexibility to track my learning development and take courses at my own speed. But rather than specialized medical instruction, Schoox tends to concentrate on corporate training and career advancement. Though I found it short in medical-specific material, it provides a great range of general skills and soft skills programs. Other more medical-oriented sites are usually my source of in-depth medical knowledge and clinical experience. Although Schoox might help one to develop their abilities and knowledge, it might not completely satisfy the requirements of anyone seeking for directed medical education.
- Schoox's access to a large variety of learning materials and simple interface appeal to me most
- Access to a range of programs, materials, and qualifications is useful for an MBBS student
- The platform lets one study at their own speed, which is ideal for handling the busy schedule of medical school
- Schoox lacks medical-specific material, which irritates me most
- Though it presents many chances for learning, it does not always meet the depth needed for special medical subjects
- Other media aimed specifically for medical students can have more challenging time acquiring thorough, excellent medical information

My review Schoox
Verified reviewer
- Great, i would say that schoox has been a great addition to our business for helping our employees grow
- “ “I like how easy it is to create tests and the ability to give out awards to top learners
- SchooX also connects to HotSchedules nicely, so it's easy for staff to find
- “ The administrative tools allow users to be creative in what they set up
- Being able to share training among others in the Schoox community is also a great benefit
- “
- They can't explain how the leader board works and when I prove there is an error in the listing they blame it on others
- They have not responded to several emails about website issues “So it was frustrating not knowing the 'higher level' offerings right out of the gate
- “ Long story short, we are a large quick-service restaurant chain and were unhappy with our LMS provider and looking for a change

Schoox Makes Employee Training Simple, Engaging, and Scalable
My overall experience with Schoox has been positive. It’s a solid LMS platform with a good balance of simplicity and powerful features. It helped us onboard new team members more efficiently and provided clear training paths for ongoing development. The reporting system made it easy for managers to keep track of progress. While there were a few minor issues with integrations, the customer support was responsive and helpful in resolving them.
- What I liked most about Schoox is its user-friendly interface and how easy it was to navigate both as an administrator and as a learner
- The course creation tools are straightforward and support a wide range of content types, from PDFs to videos to SCORM files, which makes it simple to build a rich learning experience
- Also the mobile responsiveness is another huge plus, it made learning on the go feel seamless
One thing I liked least was that the integration with Zoom, it wasn't as smooth as expected, and setting them up required extra support from the tech team

Overall Good Choice for Employee Eduacation
It has been a positive experience and we will continue to use Schoox for our training and employee education needs.
We can store a large amount of training content and my employees can access it from wherever they have internet access
- The system can be slow at times and the filter/organization of information isn't the greatest
- Navigating through the vast amount of training materials we have can be difficult

Love to learn
Overall I feel like the level of training and learning received is the dame for those who are in higher levels. The program has no respect of persons.
- that it focuses on those who want to learn 1st
- You could tell because it shows in the progress of those who seek to learn
- there was nothing that I necessarily did not like
- I am utilizing the program accordingly to my advantage to increase skills
