Easy to use and the features are excellent
Excellent team and support always available to help or take feedback on areas of improvement
- Interface is easy and I’m able to publish my events in no time
- Team is supportive and always there to help
- When carrying more than 5 events, they don’t all display on your dashboard without clicking “view more”
- Unfortunately when you get to that next screen it takes away the ability to see overall ticket sales at a glance

Showpass is amazing!
Great! All the events I go to in Calgary primarily use Showpass and it's nice to not think or stress about getting tickets.

- Showpass is super convienent for all the shows that I go to
- It's easy to log in find tickets and download then even right outside venue entrances
- Logging in can sometimes be a pain, but other than that it's easy to use

Smooth Event Experience with Showpass
My overall experience with Showpass was very positive, and I would recommend it for its fast check-in, mobile accessibility, and transparent pricing. Just be aware that if you need support in the evening, you might be on your own for a while.

- From ticketing to attendee management, Showpass offers a centralized platform that made my life so much easier
Their customer service closes at 7pm, which could be limiting in urgent situations

I would highly recommend Showpass to anyone regarding event success. The ease of the site removes the extra stress when planning an event. Everything felt very easy simple, convenient, professional, fun to plan and the team members were amazing at providing exceptional service.

- If help is required the support team is quick to respond and ensures the customers happiness is exceeded
- Making QR codes for the guests made a seamless way of checking in for the event
