Very impressed!
Extremely positive. If I ever go to another business looking for a LMS, I will definitely be bringing it with me.
- This system is very easy to implement and maintain as an admin
- Furthermore, it is very user friendly from an admin and user perspective
- Their customer service is amazing too as they have a monthly check in where they give you information on updates and are there to answer any questions - at no extra cost
The only cons I have had, I have asked my contact there about it and they were quick to fix it or create a solution

- It handles all the basics really well: video uploads, PDFs, quizzes, and course tracking
- Setting up learning paths for things like instructor training, onboarding new team members, or accessing business resources is simple and efficient
If there's one thing we could improve it would be adjusting how the user limit works for adding additional users to a full group

SkyPrep has been a reliable, easy-to-navigate, and budget-friendly platform. The sales staff worked with me on flexibility in pricing and I receive one-on-one support with bimonthly meetings from my dedicated support person.

Excellent LMS platform!
The support team has gone above and beyond every step of the way with us from implementation, changes in our org, need for retraining, and has given me lots of hand-holding when I need it. They are patient with my not so tech savvy self.
- Its very user friendly for the learners
- Its easy to teach power users how to assign courses and manage enrollments
- It integrates with shopify seamlessly
- From an admin standpoint, I am not the most tech savvy person
- I find the amount of options on the back end to be a lot - but I wouldn't say it's a problem
- The support team always walks me through any struggles I have

SkyPrep Gets Two Thumbs Up
Our experience with SkyPrep has been top notch in all aspects: scheduling a demo was super easy, the subscription and onboarding process went quickly and smoothly, and the post-sale support we’ve received has been excellent. SkyPrep has really helped us step up our game! We can now support our clients, both internal and external, with a more robust platform and much better reporting. I have found that SkyPrep is relatively easy to learn. I feel proficient after using it only a few months. Their support is good as well.
- The ease of creating courses
- I found the settings within course creation helpful as well, and the ability to create assessments is key too
- The messaging feature is troubling to me because I never know if the message went out
- I also am not sure how best to set the automated reminders for the course

Great Platform and Team to work with!
Overall, a very smooth and beneficial experience. We've been able to make strides in our business with Skyprep!
- I love the new features their team constantly adds, but even more so, their customer support
- Or Skyprep team is very helpful, responsive, and dedicated to getting to the bottom of our questions
- Our biggest issue is the platform load time
- Sometimes, when users make an update, we are called because there's an issue; however, it's just that the system hasn't loaded yet
- Sometimes it takes more than a day to update and show any changes officially

Good system for training
We use this for our training platform and it works really well. It is easy to update content and add new trainings.
I have been using SkyPrep for a few years to manage training content and track compliance, finding it user-friendly and easy for uploading new content
- I suggest adding platform training videos on the dashboard
- I rate it an 8 out of 10 for recommendation
