Before Substrata, I was mostly relying on my instinct during deals. Now I get guidance that feels easy to use. Although I am new to this, but Substrata has already made a solid impact on how I handle sales.
- First of all, I really like how Substrata gives me a clearer picture of what’s actually going on in calls and emails
- It picks up on things I usually miss, like if someone sounds hesitant or if I’m talking too much
- Makes me more confident going into follow ups
- Sometimes it feels like it points out too many signals, and not all of them feel relevant
- A bit more filtering or focus on what really matters would be helpful
