Moving to Swoogo
Swoogo's system allowed us to collect complicated registration data how we needed it, present program details in a variety of ways, communicate with our registrants, inform our staff, and integrate with event app and badge printing systems with ease. And when we got stuck on something tricky, the support staff was fast to respond with accurate, useful knowledge.
Swoogo's registration system had the flexibility to accommodate our very complicated registration requirements, reducing the number of forms we worked with from more than 10 down to 1 and saved a great deal of effort across multiple departments
- We work with a lot companies that register multiple people for one of our events only to request later that a registration be reassigned to another of their employees
- Swoogo's system didn't accommodate transfers and required some juggling on our part, but the ability to add custom fields let us keep track of those transfers adequately

Not for the Small Guys

Overall I think it's great for the computer or laptop but for mobile phone not that friendly to use due to the complicated outline of the website.
It's straight forward on events and registrations on events or upcoming events to individuals who are interested in promoting/participating in events
The website is not that user-friendly and some pictures or thumbnails don't appear it shows broken pictures and titles

A good platform for event management
Our overall experience so far with Swoogo is positive, with its ease of use, streamlined event management, and excellent customer support outweighing some limitations with registration form design, technical issues, and pricing model restrictions.
- It's user-friendly, very easy to create event and customize forms
- It ability to offer real-time analytics which enables we, event organizers to track attendance, engagements and revenues
- It increases our business efficiency and productivity
Its limitation to create some types of form designs, and we sometimes face technical glitches

Really like working along side Swoogo, our clients love it too which is a bonus! Support team are outstanding and so on the ball with any issues.

Very user friendly and game changing
It reads your mind as well as assists you with your every need. It helped me and brought up things I didn't even know I needed.
- Such an easy to use product but has such a major impact on event management and planning
- Exceptional platform that I can't stop recommending to my friends
- I would love to see an expansion on the Cross Reporting but I still love the current features
- Other than that, I don't think there is anything else I dislike

Takes your events to another level!!
My experience using Swoogo has been exceptional. I didn't imagine there was a tool that could be so useful, easy to use and versatile.
The most i like about Swoogo is the easy way to create and personalize a website without knowing how to program, it's very convenient anytime i need to create a and promote a nee event in this digital era, it's just amazing

My experience with Swoogo
My overall experience was good I found this app to be useful. I will continue to use this platform as it makes a positive impact in my life.
- What I like about Swoogo is that I can I successfully organize my events on this application
- I can host my meetings virtually via zoom or in person
The only issue that I had was that the price was expensive, especially if you have a small business
