Seamless Integration with Unifi Talk
Very good experience overall despite some teething issues with customer service, so some improvements can be made. Very impressed with the range of services although I am just using SIP trunking at the moment.
- I decided to go with Telnyx as there is a configuration profile set up in Unifi Talk for the service so the set up was really easy
- They were very responsive when requesting new inbound numbers for my region (as they weren't available initially) and I got really good, memorable numbers
- The value is really good and I'll save money compared to my previous provider
- I had an issue with one of the inbound numbers which took a while to resolve
- Customer service were initially slow but once the problem was identified I got daily updates until it was resolved

Great support, intuitive management, cost-effective
I’ve been using Telnyx services for quite a long time, and I’m extremely satisfied. The support team is excellent. I always receive quick and accurate responses to my inquiries, which is rare these days. The management platform is very intuitive, well-designed, and easy to use, even for more complex needs. Telnyx L2 verification broken and support is unresponsive
Cannot implement the features I need without Level 2 verification, which failed for no apparent reason. If I request it, I get a message that says ""User": You have already requested L2 verification. Please contact Telnyx support with any questions." I have attempted to contact support using the form on their website, which gets no response, and I have tried calling the support number 4 times so far. Each time, I wait for 10-15 minutes, listening to hold music while being told that "we have a higher than normal call volume" and "your call is very important to us", before eventually being dumped into a voicemail box. After being dumped into the voicemail box, you can leave a voicemail if you would like to, but just know that Telnyx will neither act upon your voicemail nor will they return your call.
- The IOT SIM card and SIP signalling works well, and the API documentation seems good
- It would be nice to be able to use the features of the API
- Telnyx has no support capabillities
- They do not respond to the "contact us" form on their website and they do not answer the phone when you call the customer support line
- Eventually, you can leave a voicemail, which they will neither act upon nor will they return your call

Awesome A2P support
Great provider, I don't see any reason why I would use any other platform. They have the best price mixed with the best support.
- A2P support is awesome, they are the only provider that replied to my emails regarding campaign rejection
- Helped for two weeks until my campaign got approved
The naming of things in the dashboard can be a bit confusing, it takes few hours to get used to, but once you do it's pretty straightforward
Switched From
At first I only knew Twilio, so I went with them. When my A2P campaign got rejected, they offered 0 support.. And didn't even specify the reason why my campaign got rejected. That's when a friend told me about Telynx and when I submitted my a2p campaign, it got rejected but they told me the exact reason why, with steps on how to solve it.

Rock solid platform for a lot of services around communication tools, telephony and AI assistants. They constantly expand their services.
- The tool palette is huge, everything works perfectly
- Any small problem can be solved through the support team

Good Product, Amazing Support and good Developer API
Great overall experience, the onboarding has been smooth and switch our operations from Twilio has been a plus. The team is always there to help with issues, regarding either features or Compliance.
Telnyx was very easy to setup, offered a competitive pricing for SMS, a very responsive customer support, great dashboard and a comprehensive API access with proper documentation
The analytics can sometimes be a little hard to get around at first, but there is no missing features

Twilio was expensive, offered poor support and had a very hard to use dashboard
