TicketSource, the best event ticketing software
My experience was near perfect from the point when I set up the event initially, to when we got our final event payment. Support is always helpful, and the interface is easy to use. TicketSource is also brilliant in the way that it can be as simple as you want, or you can go really in-depth and configure your event to exactly how you want it.
- I love how human TicketSource seems to feel
- It really feels like it is run by people who have used other worse ticketing platforms, and have solved almost all other issues that most other ticketing platforms have, like having to buy a subscription
- Not to mention, the customer service is unmatched
- I sent an email on a Sunday, and got a response very quickly, even though it was a weekend
- Brilliant company
- It is really quite hard to pinpoint one specific thing about TicketSource that I dislike
- It is mainly just small updates that I would like to see to even further improve my experience, for example being able to book seats in house seats in a section that is otherwise fully booked, instead of getting the "section full" message
- That being said, these are all minor things and their service is still amazing

Great service for multiple event community festivals
I like the quick answering of the Ticketsource helpline phone by someone in the UK (Wales) who is of course familiar with our language and vernacular. Help lines in the Philippines may be on offer 24/7 but they dont understand the nuances of an issue being discussed. I am running a multi-event festival it has become very simple to set up the system now.
- It improves each time we use it, adding welcome new features
- It is complex but logical
- The public access to a current event shows say X Tickets available
- It would help if it said X tickets available out of Y, where Y is the maximum
- I encourage my multiple small event organizers to watch their ticket bookings (they dont have access to the back of house) and it gets confusing when they cant remember how many tickets there are for the event but it says say 32 Available or worse still 50+ available
- Also, when setting up multiple events with the same Ticket Launch Date, why cant we click "All event tickets available from the same date" Also when selecting a venue location at the beginning for a new event, why cant we set up a subdirectory of our own regularly used venues rather than scrolling down numerous similar venues across the globe

Why did we not use Ticketsource before?
I am highly delighted because of the ease of set up, the ease of use and the very clear reporting. Feedback from our members has been very positive.

- Setting time limits on individual ticket types
- I cannot think of any more things I do not like

Ticket bookings for charity gala
Good - once set up it was very straight forward
- Very straight forward for people to book
- Looked smart and was easy to set up
- Great to be able to add sundry items and donation options and for an automatic email reminder to go out before event
- Was good to be able to do in house bookings
- I think it's awful that you take a cut of any donations made to charity
- This is very poor and would stop me using you again
- The fees are generally off putting when organising a charity event, so I would probably not use you again and aim to sell all tickets directly to mean more money for the good causes, or it would be better if you offered reduced fees for charity events

"Didn't want to but Event Bookings needed me to be a registered charity to get their best rates and I was organising the event as an individual on this occasion"

TicketSource was very good
Ticket source was really good and I recommend it
- I could email all the people that purchased a ticket with information about the event
- Report/update of ticket sales was very helpful
- Good being able to pass booking fee onto buyers
- Report could be in surname first or separate from first name
- Be able to set a time & date for the end date not a day/week

Happy first time user!
Our overall experience with Ticket Source was very positive. The website vibe is positive and friendly.
- It’s easy to use and the daily reports were very helpful
- I like that it is UK based and I’ve heard that you can ring for help with a real person
- The commission is reasonable for a good service
- Background We used TicketSource for the first time to our annual Stroud Sacred Music Festival
- We left Eventbrite because setting up multiple managers was difficult when the keyholder fell ill and our volunteer ( ie not professional media people) couldn’t work out how to open up for loading tickets etc
- Can’t think of anything at all, honestly I can’t
- Perhaps things will arise with more usage but so far so good

We needed to make tickets urgently and our main Eventbrite administrator fell ill and we couldn’t access the login.

Ticket Sales made easy
From first registration to going live was less than an hour and it was so easy to get my tickets on sale and integrated into my Web site as well.
