Good Customer Support Online
For this review, I needed some online chat support regarding adding a new employee. Katleyn and Tyler did a great job. They quickly and clearly answered my questions so that I could make the right decision on how to move forward.
- It's super easy to use, keeps solid track of my employee's time and mileage if necessary
- The reports can be downloaded to excel and then easily managed
- Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to convince a new employee we aren't tracking them all over the place
- It would be nice if there was some type of support statement Timeero provided to the new employee at the time of signing up that as long as they log out, their location tracking is dismantled

Review of Timeroo for business
Overall, my experience with Timeero has been excellent and I plan to use it in future, as well as recommend it to friends. I will concede however that it is not perfect.
- I loved how easy it was to use
- The software is intuative and easy to figure, and support helpful in our company
- I didn't like the way you create your own account or the password recovery system
- They're a little convuoluted and hard to use

Timeero - good product easy to use
Overall good experience. I tried to vet a few different companies. We ultimately went with Timeero because of the customer service and direct interactions when signing up, as well as value to product cost. We've been happy and keep sticking with them!

- It is easy to use and I like the mileage tracking features
- Some of the reporting features aren't fully functional
- It is easy to use but built more for contract work or service industry jobs
- It's easy enough for us to adapt to our needs though

Great product for a mobile business with employees
Everyone from sales to support has been exceptional. I would and already have recommended this product
- Timeero is intuitive and easy to use
- Edits are a breeze when needed to time cards
- Downloading and sharing with payroll is simple
- The support especially today with [sensitive content hidden] has been instant and amazing
- So far the only issue and its not much of one is that if the app isn't always running in the background you lose information that needs to be back tracked on
- I would prefer if there was a stop gap before actual closing of the app to try and reduce this possibility

This app has saved me a great deal of frustration by accurately tracking my time and location, allowing me to bill appropriately.
- As a small business owner and someone who is constantly on the phone, it is difficult for me to remember to track my time and location throughout the day
- Timeero does that for me, making my life much easier and more accurate
- Additionally, their support is top-notch

I have been with Timeero for about three years and have watched the company and the app grow. They seem to always be making slight changes to make your experience better without interrupting the flow. I am very happy with the consistent and helpful customer service. Very enjoyable and will continue to use it. The job break down is a huge plus and it is user friendly even for our crew.
- Timeero is easy to use and very user friendly
- One of the only apps we were able to find that breaks jobs down the way we needed it to for taxes
- A huge plus is if there is ever any issues or we have any questions the Timeero team is very responsive and helpful
- I recently had an issues with 2 apps configuring and Ashleigh had it figured out in no time at all
- Sometimes there are issues with mileage tracking
- We have had an issue where we go to look back at mileage from a previous day and realize it stopped tracking at some point so it is no longer accurate

Timeero works for our crew!
It's been great so far, been using it for about 9 months now. Ashleigh with online chat support has helped everytime!
The value for money, the tracking of all employees and job locations, and the great online chat support when needed
Sometimes the crew have trouble logging in, mostly due to service coverage, then the clock in/clock out doesn't always register when back in service

Too expensive for what we needed and used.
