Online Giving
I really enjoy the software and would recommend it for other churchs!
- The fact that it is clean and easy to use
- The integration with QuickBooks was a massive plus
- Some of the integration issues need to be resolved

Tithe.ly Website and Giving
Everything about my experience with tithe.ly has been great. Great customer service, easy-to-use design, helpful tutorials and training videos, even the digital agent has been of good use.

- I switched to their website because of the cost, hard to beat $19/m
- However, the integration of the online giving and the website is awesome
- Any interaction I have had with customer service has been fantastic
- I wish there were a few more features available for the entry-level tier of the website
- The current value is great; however, some of the extra tools are really neat, but my church doesn't have the budget for that
- Some things are a little limited, but for my purpose, with a small church, it is truly hard to complain

Quick and Easy
Very positive.
- Quick and easy to use
- I like being able to do this online like I do my online banking
- Fees to use each time that either you or the organization you’re giving to has to pay
- Also, there are a lot of little extra steps between the app and the online site that handles the money transactions

Best Church Software Application Yet!
I had zero exeperience before we converted. The support has been fabulous. It was hard to decide between What did you like most about Tithe.ly? and overall experience. They both rate over the top (score 15+)
- This platform was incredibly user-friendly and thoughtfully designed with the user in mind
- Every step felt intuitive, and I appreciated how smoothly I could navigate and complete my tasks
- It’s clear that care was taken to make the experience welcoming and efficient—thank you for making it so easy to engage
- Would you like to add a personal touch, such as referencing your ministry work or how this tool supported a specific event or outreach effort
- I’d be happy to tailor it further
- I appreciate that query functionality has been added to enhance flexibility, but I’m still finding it a bit challenging to use
- Some aspects feel less intuitive than expected, and I’d love to see more guidance or simplified options to help users like me navigate the process with ease

The Wonderfulness of Tithely!
I have had an amazing experience! I feel confident with using this platform! It allows me to keep our church updated quickly!

- It is very easy to use
- Not just for me, but for other staff members and our members who want to use it
- It is definitely cost effective
- You get a lot of capabilities for a low price
- It just makes my job so much easier
- If i cant figure something out the customer service is top not and get back to me in a very timely manner

An Honest Review
I truly have enjoyed using Tithe.ly and all the products that it contains. Truly there is no match when it comes to the value for the money. Any time that I have an issue or need help understanding something, the customer support has been excellent. I know this application is ever evolving and I cannot wait to see what happens next.
- I like how everything is here in one application and the payment processing and donor management is easy to understand
- The membership management is also very nice in how everyone has a profile where we can add notes such as allergies or whatever
- The new check-in and forms features of Breeze has been phenomenal
- While I love everything is here in one application, the navigation can be tough to understand and train people on who are not actively using the software on a daily basis
- I know we are about to upgrade to the new Lithely 3
- 0 which has a new user interface and from images and videos it looks like that will be much easier to understand

Very Happy with Tithe.ly Suite of Products
Very positive, easy to use. Great customer service-timely, friendly, helpful. I like the look of the products and feel they represent our church well.

User Friendy: No developer skills needed
Overall we are loving the integration between our Tithely website and online giving. Non-techy members of our staff have no trouble updating the church website now and we don't seat the random code releases breaking our website like we did with wordpress.
- We migrated our church website from Wordpress to Tithely and couldn't be happier
- Their website builder is SO user friendly and easy to make look clean and professional
- Their customer service is also excellent
- They're always very responsive
- Inserting images into the posts is a bit tricky and not intuitive
- Hopefully they will update that process eventually

User Friendly App
Initially I was hesitant but over time became more confident the program would be beneficial to our church need
- I have gleaned more insight and informative ideas from the Tithely newsletter after subscribing to the website
- I am so thankful we moved to a more affordable and easily accessed program
The struggle over getting church members to dowload the App as it is not advertised as being user friendly

Awesome product and budget-friendly
Overall experience has been great. After have a not great experience at a different church with one of the other large companies that offers similar services, Tithe.ly has been breath of fresh air :)

- The full suite of resources in incredibly affordable, especially in comparison with other services out there
- It's been a great addition for our church
- Website options are limited but understandable since they offer template based sites
- Would like to see more analytics info for the app
