Awesome Web Based App
The experience was fantastic that it makes our day to day job easy. We get increase in satisfaction also from our customers.
- I like the real time update
- It is very important specially if we have customers who are in need of a certain order or delivery
- We can provide them the closest ETA possible
- Also, we can provide them an instant POD should there be a question to who receive it
- I guess what I like least about this is we have a lot of information on the page that are not necessary
- If we can customize the interface depending on the department we are at

Best Delivery management software
I’m “playing” around about 2 days, and I do not understand this app for 100%, because there is very much functions.
- I really like functionality, but design is not very good
- A lot of functions in one app, very good
Switched From
Fleet runner is good, but they have very bad customization, you need to pay monthly plan and per shipping too, per sms and per email notifications. Too much bugs

- The navigation is great and when there are any issues the support team gets back to you quickly with a solution
The orders page can be a little weird sometimes, with a few minor bugs such as selecting a job unticks the selected check box which can be annoying sometimes when I need it to stay selected but want to check details of the job

Experience Track Pod
It has been a very good experience, we have been working with Track Pod for more than 3 years, our clients are very satisfied with the notifications and PODs they receive.
The ease of scheduling pickups and deliveries, the different tools for my logistics operation are a great advantage

Great Overall Experience with Minor Improvements Needed in Pricing and ETA Functionality
Overall, the experience is positive, but the pricing is a bit on the higher side. Additionally, the ETA functionality could be improved. However, aside from these points, the platform is excellent and very user-friendly.
- The ability to track orders, including arrivals, deliveries, and customer returns, is outstanding
- Additionally, the analytics feature is excellent
- The main drawback is the inability to customize the process to fit our specific needs
- The flow is fixed, and while we understand that as a product it's not always feasible to offer customization options for every user, it can be limiting

Absolutely fantastic
Everything has been fantastic - I have reached out to the customer support twice and requested things that I thought would either not be possible or would take long to implement. In both cases my request was resolved within a few minutes!
- The entire onboarding process has been so easy and user-friendly
