Best Platform for Training
I am over the moon with Trainual, the features as well as the support I have received since joining. The price is absolutely worth the features that you have access to and I am so glad that I discovered Trainual when I did.
- Trainual is incredibly user friendly with easily accessible features for the backend AND front end users
- Our Team uses Trainual on a daily basis as it has the playbooks that our various Teams utilise for everything that they need to know or learn more about
- I also love that you are able to share other department playbooks with everyone so that Teams have a clear overview of everyone's responsibilities and what is expected of them
- Trainuals customer service and community is super helpful and I regularly find myself reading through what other people have posted to learn more about the features we have access to
- They implementation Team is always looking for new ideas and very happy to take on suggestions from the users
Sometimes the mobile app is a bit slow and it doesn't have all the features that the computer version has - we have a lot of Team members on the ground that use the mobile app and rely on it for information while on sites

Nothing Beats Trainual
10/10. Would highly recommend to any company looking to use an app where not only you can store company documents but use for processes as well.

Trainual is the IDEAL training platform
We're still very new to Trainual (perhaps less than one year?), but I have had a great experience so far. I not only find it much easier to find information than our old system, but I also enjoy making content for my team.
- We used an old "wiki" system for a lot of our training and documenting our processes
- Trainual has enabled us to do this in a way that engages our audience much more
- It has received great feedback from our new hires during the onboarding process
- Although it's still a new feature, I've encountered some personal issues with uploading a video directly to Trainual for hosting
- It will say it may take up to 10 minutes, but do not go anywhere
- I'm sure this will resolve itself after a bit

One stop shop for all your learning
Its been an extremely great experience. I have had [sensitive content hidden] who have helped me get implemented on trainaul and then after implementation the follow ups have been great. Trainual is very user friendly and allows you to manage your employees training and onboarding in one place. But it also allows you to add chrome extensions to sites your company uses, so they can access training notes as they are doing the process.
- The fact that you can assign content to specific users, the chrome extension which allows the team to follow steps while they are doing the process
- The AI is a great feature to being able to ask a question and have the AI pull from all published content on Trainual is very useful and it even links where the employee can find the content
- Importing documents, require formatting
- Somethings are harder to get on than others
- Though I found some work arounds that make it easier
- I know it is something that they are working on

- They can open a section and immediately find the latest information, templates, and training materials without digging through shared folders
- It keeps everyone aligned and saves a ton of time
- As an administrator, it can be tough to keep track of comments and feedback across a large amount of content
- With over 70 hours of material, I’d like an easier way to see when someone leaves a comment and jump directly to it instead of having to search through individual documents
- It’s a small thing, but it would make managing and updating content much more efficient

Trainual review
Great, so far I think it is well put together and really helps get trainings organized. I use it everyday and have created and updated all the content.
Org chart is wonderful with all the staff and leadership viewable, content creation is also great with the AI generated summaries and help writing trainings
Tables are difficult to work with and are not easy to navigate, changes in management are difficult because each staff member has to be changed individually if management changes

Trainual for the Long Haul
We still use it & like some of the new features they will be rolling out. They continue to evolve and do not just sit on how it used to work.

- They are no longer able to partner with Loom to make easy videos
- With Loom the videos just integrated with the trainings we created

HR Review is good
My overall experience with Trainual is that I find it very helpful and able to navigate all around the website.
- I like trainual because it gives us tons of information on the trainings required for our company
- There's also the directory where you're able to see the faces of everyone who is in the work place
- There's not much that I can find that I don't like about Trainual
- We are able to find all the trainings needed per role
