5 Stars, there is always tweaking to be done but that never ends.....
Overall it has been really good. I have enjoyed working with (previously [sensitive content hidden] ) and now [sensitive content hidden] , they are both very easy to get along with which makes meetings with them enjoyable. So any issues that I have flagged, I feel like I have been heard and they have been dealt with quickly.
- WeTravel is very clean and easy to use
- It is simple to use from the back side even as a complete novice
- Whenever I have had a question, the Team at WeTravel have been fast to respond and have been very helpful
- Booking meetings with them is also uncomplicated
- I haven't enjoyed repeatedly inputting questions into the participant section
- After over 200 tours this year, I can do it with my eyes closed at this point
- I have flagged this and Nik has found a work around for me to help with this tedious part

Great but it can be even better, as we are not using all the tools that the system provides, but it is because we do not need all of them, however the ones we use can be still improved
The technical support, the closeness with the account managers (so far only two but great people), the level of automatization it provides, the constant improvements, the WT Academy
- The issue is that the number of participants per package cannot be configured in a way that works correctly for us
- Example: The first package is “1 participant for morning tour
- ” Here we set “1” as participants per booking and that works fine (even if the system allows it to go up to 9, which is the maximum number of participants we set for this trip—but in reality the maximum for this package should be 1)
- The second package is “2–9 participants for morning tour
- ” Ideally, this should allow any number from 2 to 9
- But if we set “2” as the participants per booking, the system only offers 2, 4, 6, 8, etc
- as options
- The only way to get 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 is by setting it to “1” again
- And that’s where the problem comes up: since the system presents options from 1 to 9, some clients—whether by mistake or intentionally—can still select “1” and end up paying the wrong rate (normally cheaper)

- I wish I could say the same for the main office who runs the actual company

- Payments and main customer service is horrible
- It took days which turned into a week plus to have accounts verified
- Eventually we had to refund customers and go with a different platform

Excellent platform! I highly recommend it
Ever since we started to work with WeTravel, our bookings, accounting and ability to distribute final tour documents and messages to all participants has been so much easier than what we had before. I very much personally appreciate what this platform offers and we continue to host all of our tours that we book online with WeTravel.
- The ease of setting up tours so that customers can sign up easily plus manage them from our end as well
- Also, working with customer service has been fantastic, including our customer care representative [sensitive content hidden]
- All of them are readily available: Online chat, email, phone etc
- Some of the glitches first getting going were challenging but have been resolved
- I appreciate that customer service takes into account our concerns and the developers listen to customers' concerns for new revisions of the site
- The accounting aspect of our company having to pay for the credit card fees on refunded participant tours is definitely a negative

The Perfect Solution for Booking and Billing in the Travel Industry
We are a tour operator providing group tours to Europe. Our business has grown steadily since COVID shut us down for 2½ years. Since then, we have struggled to develop a website that integrates the required aspects suitable for the travel industry. Most importantly, the booking and billing aspects. After months of expense and frustration, we found WeTravel. Within a few short weeks of highly professional training and support, our company is now fully engaged in their services. - Everything, especially the payment plan with extended payment options, allows clients to make their payments in affordable increments
- Additionally, their customer support is 5-star
- I wish they would also do travel industry websites
- I would love to see them give their customers an easy way of building and maintaining a website that fully, automatically, and seamlessly integrates with their unrivaled booking and billing and customer portal functionality

WeTravel strives to succeed!
Overall WeTravel has been responsive, reliable and listens. The functionality and "uptime" has been flawless (other than one issue we're working through at the moment).
- I love that it has been responsive to user feedback and feature additions
- I also love that it has saved us time, provides real support with a human, and is overall easy to use
- Recently it has removed a feature we were highly dependent upon without an acceptable alternative
- We are hoping they bring this feature back

Very responsive - a lot of features on the platform - no fixed membership fee on the basic program - have not experienced any mayor issues so far
- The fact that there is only a version in English
- I wish we could make a brochure which is totally in French, Dutch or German

Travel Made Easy
Overall I really love and recommend WeTravel. They continue to add value to their paid subscription but still offer immense value for their free version. It is very user friendly and easy to integrate with other software.
- I had previously been using the free version of this product but recently decided to get the paid version to have access to more tools
- I like that this website is very user friendly and easy to learn about all the tools it offers and help you integrate it into your event
- I like how your events can all have the same flow and layout as your other events while still being able to customize them
- My favorite thing is being able to offer payment plans and modify them as needed and also make custom payment plans for certain regaistrants if they need more time to pay for a trip
- WeTravel also makes it easy to share your event link and promote it seamlessly
- As a new user WeTravel has a policy that funds are not availible until after my event and it was kind of difficult to get approved prior to me having my LLC and my account it still pending full approval
- I do however understand why they do this, I would have liked to have known that before as for most travel events there can be upfront costs and having access to that money would be beneficial
- I would also like to be able to add videos to my event page

Great booking/travel system to work with
it is great! it helos my bussiness to be more structured and organised and look professional. We have ful control of the trip and bookings in one single site.
- The top service and the outcome results of my request where meet
- I have been working with Wetravel for several years now
- I still would like to upgrade to a pro account but perhaps on a lower budget
- Perhaps a considerably dissccount for bringing other bussiness to sign up to Wetravel too
