Better collaboration at all our events! Our teams are communicating better now too.
- I have been using YAPP for over 2 years for our global conferences - to get people to engage, get excited, and as a way of reducing printed paper agendas and other print materials
- I love the functionality, and how easy it is to upload and use - I have had to test out another event app and that was very difficult to use
- I especially love that I can upload a simple CSV file with participant names and that comes up so easily
- I really do enjoy working with the tool - and being able to upload files so easily
- The cost - sometimes I find it high
- The only other thing I would say is the way apps are archived so you can't see some from the previous year

Great product for the price!
Great price, easy to use for organizers and participants, product support exceeded expectations. Excellent product & backend support.
- As an event organizer, it was easy to set up, affordable for a small event of our size (70 delegates) compared to other products on the market
- Product support was excellent
- The download instructions that I copied and pasted did not work for our delegates
- It may need to be redone

Yapp is far more affordable than Whova. We had Whova for several years, then opted out as it increased to over $2000US. For an event of 60-70, it's far too expensive. We did not have a conference app for the last couple of years. We learned about it through our parent company, The Jim Pattison Group.

Future Problem Solving Conference using Yapp
It was a great experience. We had lots of engagement and the simple design of Yapp helped make things easy for our guests to use it.
- It was very easy to use and setup
- We were able to easily monitor the chat community to ensure all messaging was clean and clear
- I have no cons at the moment, everything we needed was in the app
- Previously we have used other apps for our conference and had trouble monitoring the chat community
- Yapp made this step very easy

Inspiriting for collaboration and teamwork
They have good services with a limited free trial available which is great.
- Yapp has helped enlighten our teams on the need to collaborate in service delivery
- An empowered team is always my main goal
- Notifications and announcements can be accessed from a central point for clarity and motivation through efficient mobile apps
- Being self-generated apps, customization is easy and fruitful
- Yapp does not require much knowledge and skills on coding and design
- Fully satisfying
- Easy to operate and user friendly
- However, the price should be revisited to be lowered inorder to accommodate smaller businesses

I switched since the customer support team for GoTo Webinar tool is very unresponsive. It takes days for them to attend an issue.

Just Jazz on Yapp
My overall experience with Yapp has been pretty tremendous. I am a jazz radio broadcaster, host, and curator of the Just Jazz Series. I have made this my Just Jazz app, where I host past radio broadcasts from several channels, Interviews, a live stream channel, television shows, future events, and more. I have customized this app to reflect all of my jazz media content and currently store 3 decades of content. It's easy to maneuver and stores a great deal of content.
I like the fact that I can have infinite categories where people can view and interact with different content
- I wish that you could customize and save a template for how you would like to lay out your content
- It would be helpful if I did not have to continue to build the same thing

YAPP is the best, user friendly conference app!
10 out of 10 stars! You can conduct surveys, make announcements, upload bios/pictures, see conference attendees. You name it, YAPP makes it happen.

Breathtakingly amazing product for surprisingly low cost
Yapp is extremely user-friendly for both event organizers and attendees. The platform features an intuitive uploader page, a clear and well-designed browser interface, and beautifully rendered graphics with easily embedded links. It’s highly customizable, and even the basic package offers robust features at an impressively low cost. As our event grows, there’s potential to explore higher packages for additional functionality, while the responsive developers continue to make the process a breeze.
- The interface is incredibly intuitive, making it easy for both event organizers and attendees to navigate the platform
- The uploader page is straightforward and efficient, streamlining content updates with minimal effort
The desktop editing experience sometimes feels a bit cramped, but the main point is for phones so it's no biggie

Yapp! App - affordable and user friendly
We purchased as a department and have used it for 1 event only so far. I really love the affordability fo the app along with the ease for the user.
- Very user friendly platform
- It was set up for a confernce within minutes
- I like the area that allows for downloads
There are specific buttons that I would use for my conference however, was just told to use the other button
