Child's play once you've read the manual! ✨
Verified reviewer
- Zapier feels like child’s play once you go through the walkthrough
- I just make sure to have the details ready for the two apps I want to connect, and voilà—after a few quick steps, my automation is all set up
- Have been using it for both personal & client projects :)✨
- Cost is an issue sometimes, for a solo entrepreneur/freelancer like me

In-depth automations at the tip of your finger
Overall, I couldn't be happier. I personally have tested most of the competitors, and I am yet to find one that offers as much platform coverage as Zapier does: easy to implement (to a point), easy to deploy, and most importantly, a very reliable and safe platform.
- It mostly definitely has to be the massive amount of integrations available
- Any SaaS you can name is available: CRMs, etc
- I am yet to come across a platform we needed to integrate with Zapier that wasn't available, which is amazing
- Although it offers a massive array of available platforms as I mentioned earlier, some platforms surely lack certain triggers and options for certain platforms, even a few big ones, such as Google Sheets, doesn't offer a massive gamma of triggers
- Also, data manipulation and API solutions can be complex, even though they are relatively straightforward for simple 2 - 3 step automation, they can become cumbersome once you have multiple steps and several data flows within a single Zap

I must admit that Make is a clear choice over Zapier when it comes to UI/UX. It makes workflows more engaging and visually appealing, especially as it expands to include more features. However, it does lack in terms of platform support.
Why they chose it
"It felt that “n8n” features primarily targets individuals with extensive coding experience. While it’s no doubt a valuable feature, it may not be entirely suitable for the general end-users"

Zapier makes you a developer!
I still use Zapier and will continue to do so. I've since moved from Calendly to NeetoCal and from Mailchimp to MailerLite. I have yet to create those connections. But I'm sure it will work. Basically, if there's an open API, you're golden.
- What I like most about Zapier is the ability to connect software without being a developer or relying upon the SaaS products themselves having native integrations
- For example, I wanted new clients that I created in Xero to be added automatically to my Mailchimp list
- I did the same with new contacts from Calendly sales calls
- It was really easy
- Sometimes, when a connection doesn't work, it is frustrating for a non-developer to figure it out
- For example, I would have issues with "email address" in Xero contacts
- But those were vendors (as in accounts payable), not new clients
- So maybe it was user error but it was frustrating

Efficient client and data automation in quick time.
It helped Villalba Propiedades automate data syncing and document exchanges, conserving time and minimizing human errors in everyday agency operations.
Zapier's easy organizational management and data automation secure clients' approval, automating tedious real estate tasks and enhancing agency response to clients
Bugs and inadequate client assistance from teams sometimes stifle processes, particularly when combining several property management software involves technical debugging

Great tool to save time and automate processes
Zapier allowed my company to streamline internal processes and manage org workflows much seamlessly and faster.
- Zapier is a great platform to automate and sync processes, saving a lot of time and reducing the risk of manual errors, while keeping a simple and interactive UX
- It also has a community that helped me debug issues when I encountered them, as well as the client support team that has always remained attentive to solving my inquiries
It would be great to keep on making conditionals for paths smarter, since otherwise it forces me to create a path for each future date of events, instead of asking it to run a different path each first Thursday of the month (for example)

Useful but could be more user friendly
Essential tool, wish it was a bit more user-friendly and did not require tech-savvy staff to navigate it.
- Zapier provides automations to help save time and manual work in transferring information between platforms
- Some of the automations are really valuable for us
- Changing automations was a pain when we had a change in staff and ownership of zaps needed to be adjusted
- Its also sometimes slow to troubleshoot zaps that break down

A reliable integration hub
Verified reviewer
- Zapier has been an excellent integration tool for connecting Fathom, Autotask, and Mailchimp
- Setting up Zaps is incredibly straightforward, especially with the help of Copilot, and the testing features are intuitive and user-friendly
- Overall, we're very pleased with the tool's simplicity and ease of use
While having even more native integrations would make Zapier even better, the ability to connect directly to APIs ensures that most workflows can still be achieved effectively

Powerful automation but bit pricey
Zapier became an important part of the workflow. I like you can save time by automating manual data entry tasks but it can get expensive if you require heavy automation.
- Zapier can help you hours by automating tasks that are repetitive and can connect apps which generally dont connect
- Zaps can set up easily by a non technical user as well
- It is bit expensive and when you start multi step zaps or if you require higher limits
- The intregrations between apps can break as well sometime and troubleshooting can take quite a time

A necessary evil
A necessary evil. Honestly, I'm waiting for another platform that is more user friendly... and maybe this will become so as their AI gets better at flow building.
- It does integrate with a lot of platforms, and is the industry standard
- Their AI function to build flows is getting better
- It is complicated to learn and set-up
- Since it is capable of doing so much, there is a lot that can go wrong
