Great for Clients you can’t see in person!
It’s good. Easy to use. Talking to clients who don’t live in the United States is helpful to talk via phone or video

Love How You Can Receive Calls To Your Office Phone From Any Device In Lieu of a Physical Office Phone
Overall, Zoom Phone is a really good tool for employees who aren't in a physical office all the time to still receive calls to their office number. Additionally, there are many devices you can receive or call from.
- I like how Zoom Phone is a very convenient and useful tool for employees with an office phone who work remotely or aren't always in the office
- You can call and receive from a laptop or your own personal smartphone
- The mobile app keeps asking me to turn on location services, which I don't want to do because it drains the battery on my phone
- Additionally, not a complaint, but Zoom can try to do a better job of filtering out spam or junk calls

Select Zoom if you want customer complaints
Poor. Wasted almost week in total hours with countless zoom staff to discuss this BUG with noone able to explain the design rationale, nor propose anything but training my staff to Opt in and Out of queues manually.
- Queues unusable so everything else mute
- Like having a car without wheels
- Queue member availabilty does not correlate to user's presence
- IE user is OFFLINE yet call sits in Queue because they are Available for queue
- It is utter nonsense

Phone system uptime business continuity and complexity of managing. Prospect of Unified Comms was attractive with Zoom and the incorrect perception Zoom phone was now a mature offering.

ZOOM - The base to sucess
My overall experience on zoom is awesome I have used it many times in taking online tuition classes , many online exams in my school time and easy to take classes or Group meetings from long distance.
- Zoom Phone is a most useful and smooth working app for everyone who just knows a little bit about using apps and software
- This app is best for online work for home and students e Learning which helped a lot for many schools and companies in the covid time and now also
- Just need an internet connection and easy to use
- Needs a fluent internet connection , online call may become laggy if the connection is not fluent or laggy
- but Zoom is improving day by day

Great VoIP option!
So far, it has been a quality product. It was fairly easy to set up and is a breeze to use. Once the client was downloaded to my machine, I put it in the startup so it is ready as soon as my computer boots up. It's very easy to use. Considering the competition, this is far easier to use than any others I've used and far less expensive.

- I really have few complaints
- Perhaps a wish: I wish that it could automatically screen out robo and fake calls
- It might be able to, but I don't know how

Cost of Ooma was climbing. Also, Ooma wasn't as universally known. It was also not as easy to use on the administrative side.

The best tool for webinar and large conference meeting
I think it is a great tool for sure better than Teams
- Opportunity to schedule webinar with more than 300 people connected
The menú is not always user friendly and you need to use tutorial for understand function
