Overall I am satisfied with using the platform and continue to learn from the many different topics offered
- I like the fact that it is easy to navigate the site
- The reward points are an incentive and good most of the time
- sometimes you have to search more than you may want too
- The Points are still a downer as they are sometimes limited

Achievers Points: Simple, Effective Recognition
Fantastic platform! Easy to use as an employer when issuing points and amazing for employees when they redeem points. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate. Recognition is seamless and rewarding, with employees able to instantly celebrate their peers' achievements in real-time. We use it also to issue service awards and this works perfectly as well - much easier then giving gifts as this way the employees have the choice to redeem the points for what they actually want. Overall, Achievers Points has been an excellent addition to our company, and we’re excited to continue using it to celebrate the hard work and achievements of our team. Highly recommended for any organization looking to improve employee engagement and recognition!

While there are a lot of reward options, the rewards catalog could benefit from more variety, especially for employees in different countries or regions

Achievers offered a broader range of recognition features, such as customizable recognition programs, peer-to-peer recognition, and manager-to-employee recognition. Kudos was limited in these areas, so switching to Achievers provided us with more flexibility and options for employee recognition.

It's alright
I've been able to get some items easily from Achievers, recognition is very easy and shipping and delivery of items has always gone super well. I just wish there were more options I could spend my points on.
Fast shipping and delivery of items on the store, and the recognition process is pretty straightforward
- The store is super limited, with a lack of gaming items, current electronics and media like Blu-Ray and 4K movies
- It's hard to find items to spend my points on, and not being able to redeem for gift cards is really frustrating

Good tool to have
Nice experience so far, have noticed a rise in recognition activities, leading employees to feel more valued and appreciated.

- I appreciate Achievers for its employee recognition and engagement features, its ability to foster a positive workplace culture, enhance employee motivation, and provide valuable insights into employee performance and satisfaction
Graphics seem simple, would like to see more AI integration and more admin access to reporting suite

- Great Peer recognition Program
- Really like the smooth integration with other platforms, and Notifications, Celebrations for Birthdays and Anniversaries
- Missing the following: 1)Link to a Recommendation Post which I can share with others through email/Teams, though option to CC a Reco mitigates it to some extent
- 2)Its not possible to see last month's Team's report without manually selecting the month and year, which is very cumbersome
- 3)The Rackers pics on summary digest email are not updated
- Had raised a query to support for it but did not get any response

Overall pretty good. No major complaints and we plan on continuing to use the site.

Technical Delivery Manager
I very much like the Recognition platform. I like the way you're able to Recognize teammates for their successes.
- Very easy to write up a Recognition and provide immediate feedback to teammates
- Navigation to get to the completion of the Recognize
- I add the teammates to be Recognized, write up the Recognition, then add other to be notified
- IMO A little clunky

I always send recognition to people and share with their managers make this as pick moment carreer.
- Recognize people and recieve boost to change for travelling
- Not consider hourly people in the recognition program
- All people should be available to recieve this

- Other similar tools allow recognition in smaller multiples - More customised leader tables based on different paramters would help
