A great tool for better team management
Motivosity has helped our organization in many ways. It has helped improve the company's culture. It also helps in employee recognition and acts as a reward solution.
- It is a good tool to keep the employees or the team members connected
- Motivosity does this in a unique and engaging way
- Meeting scheduling, task management can be performed by this tool very easily and efficiently
- Its pricing is also competitive with other players in the market
- Customer support can be improved a bit
- Also, uploading videos can be a bit difficult
- Otherwise, it is a good software

Great experience, use it as much as I can for team recognition. I have been able to cash out my rewards without any issue and to be fair, its good value for money.
- Rewards and intuitive use
- Fairly simple to navigate, just like social media which is great
- Security as far as I know hasn't been an issue
- Personalization updates
- Throughout your career things evolve and so one does
- We should be able to easily update our personal information not only on textually but our profile customization as well
- Also, every few weeks I'm asked to reenter my login info which I don't always have on me, so I have to reset my password every time
- MFA would be a great option here

- We haven't had any negative experiences
- Spaces was a really great addition to the platform and made it stand out from other options
- Surveys would be a nice feature to add

"Terryberry has a phenomenal wellness section, but it was outside of our price range. If we had more budget, since we are a wellness compnay, we probably would have selected Terryberry Bonusly was very similar to Motivosity, but the UI wasnt as attractive. Pricing was about the same. And the spaces section was also a plus with Motivosity"

I use it very often.
I like to connect with my colleagues, and it's also a good opportunity to remember birthdays, anniversaries and give find information regarding their jobs.
- Platform works very good and interface is very nice
- It is easy to connect with people and navigate
I noticed that my password doesn't work all the times even when it's not expired so I always use the one-time code to login

- The use of the credit card generated from the platform is not available for some regions
- If I create a gift card with a specific amount, I cannot add more money later
- The remaining balance is lost

Great tool for team empowerment!
My experience has been great! I've been a user for a few years and I've seen the evolution from this tool. Also, the goal is amazing, I love that we can help each other keep motivated at work by recognizing others.

- I wish there were more options and prompts for recognition
