Document signing is one of the best in the biz and it offers the most functional PDFs that allow it to be filled with other types of PDF viewers
Primarily cost, they don't have a perpetual license anymore so they make you pay an annual fee to maintain subscription and sometimes the application breaks after an update and you need to uninstall to rollback

Adobe is a MUST in the HR World!!
Wonderful overall experience. I have been using Adobe for longer than I can remember, there is no other substitutions that come close in quality or ease of use.
- Very easy to use when editing PDFs or sending onboarding documents to new hires to sign
- It has a great trial period and then cheap subscription that lets you do anything your heart desires when it comes to documentation/editing
- It is a great workflow management tool for HR
- Customer support is great but the million automated messages about Adobe kill me
- I wish more of the user interface was available without a subscription or that you could pay per document you send someone in case you only need to send documents for signature once or twice a year like myself and didn't want to pay for a subscription each time

My overall experience with Adobe Acrobat has been excellent for managing, editing, and securing PDF documents efficiently.
I like Adobe Acrobat most for its seamless PDF editing, conversion, and e-signature features in one platform
What I liked least about Adobe Acrobat is that it can be quite slow to load large files and often consumes a lot of system resources, which affects performance during multitasking

Document Acrobatics
My overall experience with Adobe Acrobat has been absolutely magnificent. I have always used Adobe Acrobat all my life and have used it during school assignments, and even University.
- What I like most about Adobe Acrobat is being able to use it for Document Signing and being able to Edit PDFs
- Acrobat has also been able help me with my Workflow Management and it being really easy to use
- Also the User Interface of the Software itself has been great to work with
- I believe that this is something I would spend money on
- I believe it is worth it for the price
- I have not had any issues with Adobe Acrobat and have never called customer service
- Sure maybe once or twice my PDF crashed on me but never enough for me to call customer support

A necessary PDF manager
Its an app thats necessary to use but its a pain to use sometimes as its intuitive and not intuitive at the same time.
- Has all of the features needed for PDF management
- Fairly easy to use and manage with minimal insight
- Pricing can be better especially for larger companies
- Also the file to install is very large and tha app is very buggy

We use it because we have to.
We use it because its the highest security for the price and we needed unlimited use public webforms, but the second our management software matches this ability, we'll be cancelling adobe.
the level of security for the signatures collected and the ability to have a webform link for unlimited clients to access and sign at any time, all under a flat rate fee
- it's not been very easy to use for us or for clients
- It feels very clunky and outdated
- The customer service is awful
- I've literally had one of their managers yell at me
- When there was an issue with our account, they duplicated our account and charged for both for several months
- When trying to address that and get a refund, their answer was to shut down the account that had ALL of our signed forms in it then refuse to refund anything more than giving the next 3 months at no charge AND we had to set up an entirely new account after being yelled at

Adobe Acrobat - easy to use and great for remote work
I have been using Adobe Acrobat at different companies for several years. I generally use it to create documents. It has made producing monthly payapps much easier. Adobe Acrobat allows me to work remotely.

- The updates generally take some getting used to especially when they change the layout format or move buttons

Forms and Files Made Easy!
It has been great, it saves us all a lot of time to be able to use the functionality to seamlessly fill out PDF's and give signatures. Working on different schedules and in different places, this really bridges the gap and lets us all work together to get things signed and submitted.

It makes it safer to share encrypted files via PDF or use the online signature function for documents
- When I change the format from pdf
- to Word doc
- it looses its format
- Also mostly cannot really edit files without paying for the subscription
