The best in data extration

- AIDA is my main choice for extracting data from any text document
- It will scan, detect and filter the data that i want, like email address, certain keyword, or phone number from the document easily
Some of the data is missed from the scanned or filtering process, but nothing too major

Easy Web Based System
The system processed many invoice examples, easily extracting the pertinent data and displaying it for storage and retrieval.

Comprehensive yet Simple data extraction.
Fantastic, the ROI calculator and Productivity boost are great to see how the solution is performing in the business.
- Ease of use is paramount, and AIDA makes workflows and data extraction straightforward
- That, combined with the great support and value for money, makes it a no-brainer for anyone who needs automation for any of their processes
- We primarily use it for AP and invoice extraction
- No cons so far
- I would like a bit more information in the knowledge base, but there is plenty in there to do what I need

Happy AIDA User
User friendly Document Management solution, cloud based so easy to deploy with a very intuitive dashboard and UI, scalable via integrations into other business applications for account payble/recievable tasks. Reasonable price point backed up by helpful and friendly support.
- Having used these types of solutions before it was refreshing to see just intuitive AIDA is to navigate your documents
- Data Extraction of key field information is very reliable giving management between AIDA users a fluid experience
- Also liking the dashboard showing user activity and ROI information
- Not much to dislike about this easy to use product, it does what it says on the tin
- Perhaps more out the box integrations to e-signature platforms would be a good/nice to have
- That being said, the friendly folk at AIDA are more than happy to discuss bespoke integration projects

“AIDA: Turning paperwork into productivity.”
All in all, I’d say AIDA is excellent — if your organisation has a regular flow of documents (invoices, contracts, correspondence, etc.) and you want to reduce manual work, errors, and increase the speed of getting information out of documents, it delivers very well. You get a lot of bang for your buck: automation features, good usability, and helpful support.
- What I liked most about AIDA was the clear time savings it delivered, cutting out hours of manual document handling by automatically classifying, extracting, and filing information
- The platform is genuinely easy to use – training it only takes a few examples – and it offers impressive flexibility, from barcode and QR recognition to splitting multi-page scans with ease
- Accuracy has been consistently strong across different document formats, which gave me real confidence in the results
- On top of that, the support team has been excellent: responsive, knowledgeable, and open to feedback
- Combined with its strong value for money
- Supportability
- Support engineers can’t always “log in and see what’s happening” — they need secure ways to reproduce, anonymise, or request safe logs, which slows resolution

Easy to start, bigger and stronger than you initially think.
Aida was immediately a nice place to be, the dashboard interface offering a logical place to manage my processes and the configuration being simple enough to dive in and have a go whilst offering deeper levels of tools to expand with as the knowledge grew.
- In Aida it is quick and easy to get started creating powerful projects, and then there is a raft of capability to enhance and evolve your ideas into truly powerful data extraction tools
- the ability to chose team members as destinations is a clever approach to workflow as is the easy relationship building between document types
- I would have enjoyed more show and tell videos or tutorials (since learned these are available) to align my vocabulary with Aida's
- Only because every product has its own idea as to what a thing is called, or how it is achieved

Data Extraction & Intuitive Design
So far, it has proven to be a stable and reliable extraction platform for all the different document types I have added to the solution.
The Data Extraction capability is excellent; its intuitive design makes it very easy to use and navigate

- I haven't found anything to complain about, but I've only been using it for a little while, so I'm not sure about any long-term limitations

It has been a pleasant experience, all questions have been answered in a timely manner when I wasn't quite sure, what more do you want?
- Easy to use, so many options
- Like the way you can piece together the flows and options making is easy for all
Not found any as yet, still getting used to the product but so far I haven't really found anything that I dislike
