Not compliant with CUI
We are transitioning away from using this product and it’s causing a lot of heartache. Not built for government contractors
- we are moving away from using this because it doesn’t comply with the secure environment
- We need for managing CUI

Google Workspace Start up Setup
Emailing seems better via Outlook, otherwise Nothing else to complain, they really keep improving it month by month, and couldn't be happier.
- It was really easy to set up and integrate with all of our toolstack
- We wanted to use Google for Drive, Emails, and Shared Calendars, compared to sharepoint - Much more user friendly, and the customer support was great, helped us verify everything really quickly and proactively
- Can get pricey with many users, but regardless, I do believe you get your money's worth as they give you a Gemini AI Pro for each user of the workspace
- Also, not the best UI for Document Management for projects, you will need other tools, such as Notion

A legendary, stable and customisable business solution!
An amazing, very complex workspace. From day 1 this was one of the backbones of our business. Why? Because it covers aspects that no other platform managed to: the forms to ema.integration is flawless. The dynamic email sending options, the storage that can be configured, shared and adjusted as per needed rasks. It is one top solution, for any business, regardless of size and volume processed, customisable.
- One of the most comprehensive and adaptable solutions on the market
- I like the scalability and the options offered, it covers all our needs from advanced emailing to daya storage, on convenient price options
- The initial configuration doesn't reveal all the complex aspects that are offered at later stages
- So, it might take a while until one realises the complexity and what can be done with
- Takes some tinkering and implementation strategy

Whether for Personal or Business, Google Workspace is my go-to
It has been very positive & I am glad I made the switch, it's very easy to use, share, collaborate, & integrate when needed
I love Google Workspace because it has native integrations with pretty much every single digital platform or software available
I sometimes face issues with syncing calendars, whether it's syncing calendars across different phones or syncing my Google calendar with Calendly

I was forced to use OneDrive/Microsoft due to company preference but Google Workspace always intrigued me because it seemed to have many more native integration options, so as soon as I left my past employer I made the switch & have no desire to leave Google as my choice.

A complete easy to use platform for our business
For a small to medium business like ours reducing some of the complexity and s prawl by having a more modern easy to use platform like Google and has been revolutionary in modernising our business. The recent addition of Gemini has taken this a further step and provided really useful tools to the entire team.
- This platform makes business collaboration and working sharing super easy and efficient
- We absolutely love Google Drive and Docs and have transformed the way we work together
- The tools like Gmail and Calendar are super easy to use as people are so familiar with them
- There are some weak tools in there like Chat so we have had to supplement with Slack and Zoom so there are hidden costs depending on your needs
- The Admin console also needs an overhaul with better automation/onboarding workflows and also Idnetity Management could be improved to compete with Entra and Okta

Was over 10 years ago and Microsoft were not focussing on the mac platform at the time.

Easy to admin, performant and great spam filtering
It integrates well into external IdP solutions; somethings require command line tools like GAM to do certain administrative tasks that aren’t possible on the UI.
Google workspace has a wonderfully simple UI; it takes some getting used to if you’re moving from outlook however, I find it less clunky, way more performant and generally less susceptible to spam
- I don’t like the fact that there’s no official mail app for desktop
- Sometimes when you email someone using a Microsoft email, thread order becomes a bit confusing

All in one solution, with high stability, ease of use and great integrations. Not much AI integrated yet, but do you really need it?
Overall, it is a great product. Compared to other competitors, such as Microsoft, the experience is much smoother, especially in the online meeting department. I absolutely love how well everything is integrated between google drive, chat, emails and calendar. It works well, It is easy to understand. Currently not the best product for AI automation as of right now, but soon it will catch up and personally I don't mind. For a small business, the costs are really negligible, especially considering the amount of value you get and the reliability you get from the system. It's a set it and forget it product.

- It may not be the best in AI email creation, or automation, but it works, has great support and integrates with ANY third party product (calendar integrations, file storage, linking etc

- Having the possibility to share drive documents in team chats, emails, linking to calendars etc

- Google meet, although sometimes can be laggy, gives us a much smoother experience compared to microsoft teams, especially for "guests"
- No login, no app download, nothing
- Compared to other solutions, it is low cost
- We've used it for 2 years and the cost is negligible, great value overall
- There's not many things that i dislike about Google workspace
- It does everything I need, and what it doesn't do directly, there's easily an 3rd party integration that does it
- The only con may be that built-in AI services are lagging behind some competitors, so for the ones who don't want to type emails but have their bot answer, that's not really the best solution

Ionos webmail was worse in every single way and didn't integrate with as many apps. Also, storage space was limited, no team chat. Basically, it was just an email provider, wheras this is a complete workspace

Reliable Business Email Solution
Using it mainly for business email has been a big upgrade compared to free services or even other companies like GoDaddy. It’s stable, secure, and keeps everything in sync across devices. It’s also not expensive, and you can create pretty much as many aliases as you need without paying extra.
- The business email setup is professional and easy to manage
- Having my company domain in Gmail lets me send emails from my own address, which makes communication with clients look much more professional
- Creating email aliases is simple and quick, and you can set up labels, forwarding, and signatures for each alias, which I really like
- The spam filtering is excellent, and mobile access is always reliable
- The admin dashboard can feel a bit complicated when setting up new users
- Some of the pages look outdated, almost like they were designed in the 90s, which is not something I expected from a Google product
- Still, this is only a minor issue since it’s usually a one-time setup
Switched From
Too expensive, and it Outlook-oriented, which I don’t like. You only get up to 5 aliases, and after that you have to pay extra.
