Bitrix24 best features
I like to use Betrix24 to get data of employees. I don't need to save everyone's contacts it just syncs the contacts. All the informations is at one place make it useful.
- Management of employees is good
- Profiles are well devided into only needed information
- Sometimes when internet is slow, it doesn't apply previous actions to it

System IT und Marketing
We have now been working with Bitrix24 in a trial phase for about six months, currently with around 12 people. The system has since fulfilled its purpose and supports us well alongside our existing system. However, we have to do without some functions, which is not ideal. In the meantime, we have engaged a Gold partner who supports us from time to time. Unfortunately, his help is still limited on some topics. Although we are still in the trial phase, it looks like we will switch to Bitrix24 despite the limitations. The final decision is planned for the end of the year, and then we plan a complete transition.
- We have actually looked at many solutions, but Bitrix24 is unique in terms of price-performance ratio
- Up to 100 licenses are already included in the Professional version
- The support from the AI bot has actually been very poor and unhelpful so far
- Unfortunately, the same can be said about the real support: up to now, not a single request regarding the functionality has been adjusted or resolved

- This is a great way to streamline all of our documents, protocols, guidelines, and is a great way for us to keep in contact with each other
I think that at times there are almost too many options for folders that it can be difficult to find what you are looking for

Bitrix24 works for: - Lead Management - Marketing - Call Center - HR & Employee Communications - Sales Management - Automations - Project Management - Website & Online Store Builder It's not a simplistic as HubSpot or Monday, so it may put some people off, but it is scalable without breaking the bank. If your business is 10+ employees, then Bitrix24 can offer massive subscription cost savings as the Professional subscription offers up to 100 User licenses.
- An All-In-One CRM that has loads of customisation that it is close to bespoke, but with the bonus that features are continuously being improved and developed within your subscription costs
- It can be good straight out the box, but most customers will want to work with a Bitirx24 Partner so that it can be configured to integrate with your operations and enable massive efficiencies early into the adoption of Bitrix24
- This will benefit your business in the long-term as you will look to utilise the 35+ functions - saving loads on additional subscriptions for Video Calling, E-Signatures, Cloud Storage, just to highlight a few
Daylight Saving seems to be an issue making appointments past the date the clocks change in UK, but a fix is being developed for this

Starter CRM from HubSpot was decent, but Professional was such a massive leap in cost that it was unaffordable to scale up. Bitrix24 allowed much more scalability and included functionality that I required

Great overall product and customer service
Love this system, hands down the best thing I found when I started my company and I use it in my other companies as well.
- The customization of things, being able to make it what I needed for my company
- Can be a little hard to learn and navigate at first, they offer partners to help with thing if you can afford it but I like to know how to do things
- Once you learn it though it is super easy to use

It is good and well known. Focused mostly on trading business and integration with 1C. Large application need Contract management tools and bridge to SAP/Oracle solutions.
- It was the most popular in Easter Europe solution for decade
- Widely used in India and some asian countries
- Bitrix24 is CRM system designed for integration with native 1C Enterprise/Sales solution
- It have integrated HR module, that makes is capable to be standalone solution for marketing team
- Has integrated task tracking and project management tools as well has integrated time tracker
- It has build in secure disk space to share files and data
- It is heavy weight and can slow down at deskt top use but awesomely fast on mobile
- It has build in time tracker but no attendance controls
- Focused mostly on 1C Enterprise integration for Customer module
- Lot of manual iterations and need more automation for more leads loaded customers flow

Exploring Bitrix 24
Thus far I have been exploring the suitability of the product for our use, I like the flexability. The free plan option is very useful for evaluation and small businesses that might struggle with the monthly plan cost.
- Britrix 24 seems to be quit intuative, though the terminolgy is very US orientated
- I like the flexability of the product
The AI Assistant is very clunky, The terminolgy, it took a while to get a handle on the workflow that Bitrix uses

All in one CRM
Would not really say anything too bad about it. I think it's the best CRM I have worked with so far. It is like having an item company within a tool or item.
- I like its layout; it's very customizable, and it's easy to set goals or organize my tasks
- It is interactive and enjoyable to use
- I have used it for a little while and honestly, I can't say I dislike it about Bitrix
- If I had a complaint, it might be regarding having more free options for editing the page
