Has Always Worked For Us
It's been a great experience and they have always been there to answer any questions or help us to integrate services into our online business.
We use the plugin on our website to accept payments, as they are the same company that also takes care of our in store credit card processing
We don't really have any complaints because we have relied on them for years and we haven't had any issues

Efficient and User Friendly
Very user friendly and efficient. Instant gratification when searching for transactions or processing new ones.
- As someone who works with people all over the nation it's nice to be able to search for transactions via the software if a charge comes up that is in question
- I also love that you can send the client a receipt or transcript showing details of the charge
- I haven't encounter anything negative about the software
- At first, when I went to search for a transaction, I didn't realize the Settled vs
- Unsettled options so sometimes nothing would come up
- Once I knew I had different options it was a piece of cake

Overall good but please make changing passwords quicker!
Satisfactory. The website is well designed out and finding needed services is quick. The changes in passwords are frequent which is frustrating as it seems to take more time than it should but it is secure.
- Secure and easy to use and void if necessary
- Website is user friendly
- Emails are clear
- Prices are competitive
- Understandably they require a password change frequently but it seems to take multiple tries and invariably comes at a time when I am in a rush
- A suggestion would be to find a more streamlined way to update passwords

Good integration with Frontline
The customer service was very personal. We had an account manager from authroize.net that was very personable and helpful. It integrated nicely with Frontline, but didn't have all the options that we needed.
- We used Authorize
- net because they have an integration with our tracking/invoicing software, Frontline
- It did not have at the time we switched away from it the ability to integrate a link for payment with the invoice in Frontline
- It also took longer to receive our money from Authorize compared to our newer provider

I've only used it because I've had to
I use Authorize.net because it is the only solution available to a specific program I need to collect payments through. It offers what is needed to collect payments in the most widely used network of providers but it's pricier than most and not easy to navigate.
It is the most widely accepted payment processor by merchant service providers and billing systems
- The user interface is convoluted and not very intuitive
- I end up using the back-end software of my payment processor instead
- Also, rates tend to be higher than other solutions I've used in the past

I love that it integrates with my EMR and I can so subscription model charges. These are the most important factors for me and my practice.
- it integrates with my EMR, Patients can pre pay when they make their appointment
- There is a subscription/reoccuring model that can be used
- I feel the dashboard is pretty complicated
- I struggle often to find certain transactions and data
- If I need to issue a refund or if I want to see a report for the month I feel there are a lot of steps just to do this,

Very quick and easy to open an account and start processing payments at a low rate with excellent integration options.

- They also integrate with nearly all web publishing platforms
- Their woocommerce integration is seamless

Overall the experience is the system is not only cost effective but has greatly helped with money transfers and being able to account for them.
- Very streamlined service for payment confirmation and authorization
- Highly recommended for property management to ensure all payment details are securely kept in a centralized location
- The interface can be a bit outdated at times and requested system updates are not as quick as we would like
- Can be a bit of a learning curve in the beginning due to the interface
