Deskmanager online and web manager is a nice and non-expensive software and like both programs Mike was very helpful

It has been quite an experience using this product.
- The program is easy to use, and it is user-friendly
- I don't have any complaints of the product

I'll never have any other DMS!
They are wonderfull!! I've been with them since 2008. They have always been able to address my needs and ideas and adapt programs (or features) to make everything work like it was custom made just for me.
- They always are introducing great new features and the support team is fast and thorough
- My account rep, [sensitive content hidden], isn't just a "sales person", talking to him is like talking to one of my fraternity brothers
- And he always gets me "hooked up" with exactly the right person to hear and understand my questions or needs
- I'm an early riser on the east coast and AutoManager is based on the west coast
- Sometimes I have to wait a few hours if I need help, but then again they always call early (for them) as soon as they check their messages
- And they are definitely worth the wait

One happy customer.
My experience has been fantastic. Any questions I may have [sensitive content hidden]and team has been phenomenal. As a dealer it can feel like an overwhelming task to swap your auto inventory program but these guys are pros.

- I have nothing negative to say about Automanager

Customer service at Auction 123 was deplorable. Product had gone down hill and price had significantly gone up.
