A Powerful and Beautiful Email Solution
I’ve been using Beefree for about three years, and in that time, I’ve designed roughly 200 emails with it. I can confidently say it’s a powerful tool that has saved me countless hours. It enables me to go from idea to a beautifully designed email incredibly fast. Since my work style prioritizes efficiency, I deeply value every minute it saves me. One of the best aspects is how it allows me to create templates for other leaders in our organization. These templates often make their emails look far more professional than they could achieve on their own, which has earned me a reputation as a go-to resource. By leaning into templating, I’ve developed options for nearly every situation, including row templates that let me quickly prototype new ideas when needed. Overall, Beefree is likely the best email creation tool out there. It’s a game-changer for anyone looking to combine efficiency and professional design.
- The ability to get a great number of templates as well as create my own templates for various situations
- I'm also able to create row templates to allow for rapid prototyping of new emails quickly
- Somewhat rarely I get disconnected from the servers and I will lose a minute or two of work that has been done

I like the fact that you can create beautifully designed HTML emails without any coding knowledge, and it's also very convenient that it supports not only HTML but also PDF as an output format
I am Japanese, so if there were more fonts available that supported Japanese, it would be even easier to use

The Worst Customer Support I've Ever Seen
We like the product and wanted to purchase. We submitted for a nonprofit discount and the customer support went from bad to unbelievably awful. I clearly stated up front that we operate under a DBA but I waited days for responses to simple questions. Our nonprofit status was unofficially denied. I was finally contacted by what seemed to be a customer service supervisor referencing two options for us to still be approved under a DBA. When I replied asking for the procedure and what steps I needed to take next, he never replied. It has been two weeks. During that two week period a sales rep reach out and asked if we were "interested in upgrading". I said yes and asked if he could help me straighten this all out and he failed to reply as well. This has been the worse customer service experience I had ever had.
I loved the editor: it had the features we needed and played very well with Mailchimp
They broke bulleted/numbered lists into a separate text box which makes text flows very awkward

Don't Know HTML? No Problem with Beefree!
We really really love Beefree at our organization. We didn't have anyone in house who knew HTML or how to create customized emails that would work for our purpose. We found Beefree and were up and running within hours. That's a big deal when operating in a fast moving department. We didn't have time to identify and vet out a ton of providers for a simple task. Beefree let us jump right in so we didn't need to do that.
- When our RPA team needed an inexpensive and a "learn it yourself" HTML email building tool in order to send alerts and bot run status updates, we turned to BeeFree
- Packed with easy to use templates and a simple built it yourself option that we were up and running within a couple hours of purchase
- It had all the options we'd ever need for our intended purpose and they're constantly adding new features and options all the time
- The biggest thing for us was the fact that we could get access for an affordable price
- We struggled to get pictures added to our emails at first and this was a bit frustrating to figure out, but honestly, this was a very minor issue
- We were able to figure out how to embed the pics elsewhere so they weren't stored online and it worked for us really well

Does the job with style
In a field where it is increasingly difficult to distinguish one's product, Bee offers solid functionality, a friendly user interface but above all, a great customer service experience. You feel like someone is listening and responding on the other side.
