A huge timesaver for agencies who write a lot of proposals.
We have had a very smooth overall experience with Better Proposals. The great thing about it is that the longer we use it, the faster it gets as every previous proposal can be used as a potential starting point for new ones. It also makes it very simple to track open, draft, won, and lost proposals.
Better proposals keeps our proposal writing process streamlined, impresses our potential clients with the professional look and feel of our proposals, and saves us time by allowing us to add content to a library that we can reuse as a starting point on future proposals we write
Sometimes the interface can be a little bit clunky with fonts and spacing, but this is minor and is always caught in our proofreading process

Better Proposal is WAY BETTER for Business
I love the platform. I enjoy the creative options for graphic design, the utility, and the attention to detail like facilitating brand colors, logos, and corporate continuity. The customer service reps are usually very helpful and accommodating, and the price point is just right.
- I LOVE Better Proposals because the platform gives me an advantage over my competitors
- It provides a unique digital approach with a polished (aesthetic) without losing utility
- The platform allows me to leverage graphic design, ease of use (point & click), and sales strategy (pitch & content)
- It's not very easy to pull in existing presentations
- While I believe there's a way to pull in a PDF or Word Doc and edit it as a Better Proposal Doc, I haven't figured out how to do that effectively
- So I have to reproduce some of my existing presentations, pretty much, from scratch

My favorite Proposal and Contract Software
Amazing experience with the software, and easy for my staff to use even if they aren’t tech savvy.
- The CEO called me in the beginning to help me get going the right way
- Great personalized staff
- And any features they didn’t have when I started using it, they’ve added since then
- It only allows the client to e-sign
- sometimes we need two signatures or more
- I’d like that feature to be added

Fantastic Support and Nice Experience for Leads
We didn't end up using it much, but the Support was Fantastic!!! Very helpful and amenable.
The fantastic support team, and that it provides potential clients with an online experience vs a "document"
How limited the layout options were; we could pull off some of the deeper customizations we wanted to in order to match our current website and branding

Beautiful Proposals Made Easy!
Overall, it is a really great software! If you're looking to create beautiful proposals that impress clients in timely manner, Better Proposals definitely comes through!
- The template-rich platform makes it super easy to select a template and tweak it for our own individual use-case
- It's like someone has done the research as to what you need in a particular proposal and all you have to do is go in and make a few changes to customize it to your particular case
- Also, all the proposals are beautiful and easy to navigate by the clients
- Clients are always impressed when they view a proposal from Better Proposals
- I didn't really like the fact that Zapier integration is only reserved for their higher plans
- To me that is somewhat restrictive for those on the lower paid plan as the sooner automation is a part of one's workflow - the better
- To reserve that only for the higher paid plans to me doesn't make much sense
Switched From
At the time, CName implementation on Better Proposals was easier to implement (at the lower paid plans) than on Proposify. Not sure if that has changed but that was my experience when I first turned to Better Proposals.

- It could have more option to filter proposals on the admin proposals list
- It could have a more flexible way to allow acceptance from clients
- For example one button on top "Accept Proposal" dat links to the accept block
