Super Customizable Quoting and Payments Software

- I like how you are assigned a customer service rep and they are very responsive
- Also the quoting options are endless and you can make tons of custom templates
- I find it quite expensive and editing or undoing transactions is quite difficult
- I also find the payment processing lead times to be quite long

Great features, costly for volume or all features.
Good experience. The pricing structure is not as competitive especially when using it for smaller engagements. It’s very difficult to link an existing stripe account.
- Great client interface
- Fairly easy to implement
- Excellent onboarding and support staff
- Offers a lot of features, at an additional cost
- Cost increases significantly for each features
- No payment integrations except Stripe
- Cost gets non-competitive after the add-ons
- Without the add-on features the program lacks features included worh other packages

A streamlined proposal process that looks great and professional, and helps automate the engagement process
- Pricing makes it unrealistic for small businesses
- Being only one stage of the process makes it difficult to work between Ignition with another practice management solution to manage everything else like projects, tasks, etc
- For many an all in one solution works better even though Ignition can integrate with many other PM platforms

Overall, this is a fantastic platform and has allowed my company and my team to simplify and streamline our sales and assist our cashflow.
- I appreciate the ability that Ignition has that allows us to create our proposals as well as ACH authorizations in one place
- I love that it has the capability to sync to QuickBooks Online
I wish the client payments were processed faster with an affordable option for next day deposit

Fantastic and the support team is stellar.
- Versatility is key
- We can send proposals for project bookkeeping and tax, monthly subscription bookkeeping, one offs for tax or specialty requests
- We can edit the library of services and what each service entails
- We can also customize our terms depending on the client
- I would prefer users did not have the ability to view all engagements
- For general users I would like them to see only l what they have sent

Recurring billing was nice, and having all engagement letters in one place was helpful
- Billed me for an annual subscription that had been closed for 6 months at the same time they billed me for a monthly subscription
- When pressed about getting my money back I was met with total incompetence
- I was told, "the computer randomly billed you
- " When I asked about getting my money back I was told, "expect to be without funds for 7 business days
- " Do not do business with these people - They will take money they are not entitled to, and put as many barriers in place as possible to delay returning your funds

Ignition was promised to be a more turnkey and complete product, but no one mentioned they'd help themselves to my bank account outside of my contract multiple times in one day.

Ignition has been great for selling to clients, getting paid, and managing my sales funnel.
- When I switched to Ignition I was able to replace about three other pieces of software that used
- From quotes to contracts to payment and more
- Ignition is a great way to present your services, an easy way to get paid, and an efficient way to management your income
The switch from the old or original proposals to the new ones was a bit rocky, I wish this could have been done more on the back end with less complications for us users

New Ignition User
Extremely supportive, patient and knowledgeable onboarding experience. Online help along the way very helpful and after sales still great support! As we are only one month in, I can't comment on how the system will assist overall in the business, but very confident it will!
I liked the way the proposals can be revoked and renewed, edited, upated without having to create a new proposal, providing efficiency to both us and the client
- The default (un-editable) wording on client facing documents
- We use Ignition as our Letter of Engagement after our proposal has been accepted in another platform
- This is sometimes confusing to the clients as some of the default wording refers often to Proposal in comms
