All In One Solution for Beginners

- Generous starter plans that let you save money up front when starting a new business
- All in one platform that you need for starting a service based business, from processing payments to workflow management, it is intuitive and straightforward to use
The branding removal is only in the higher tier prices, it is not that big of a deal but for starting out on a budget does not help

Helps Manage Clients Easily
Overall it’s been really easy to navigate, the presentation is nice, clients are able to use it easily.

- Always seems to be improving and adding more
- Easy to customize and organize clients
- I really would love if there was a way to map questionnaire answers to google sheet cells
- I currently do this manually
- I did pay someone on fiver $500 to create a python script to help me with this - but it will stop working so I’ve given up on it
- It takes me a lot of time to do it manually for all of my clients

Honeybook just works!
I am very happy with the software.
- I really like how seamless, intuitive, and robust honeybook is
- I like how it keeps me on track and integrates with calendars, emails, and helps my clients stay organized
- Some of the features I would like to see in the future would be the ability to integrate a "store"-like function directly into the crm
- I would like my clients to be able to choose from options that I offer and those choices to become a proposal or invoice

One of the best CRM platforms for wedding professionals
Been a customer & user of Honeybook for many years now and very happy overall with how seamless & efficient my booking process is for myself and my clients - a major time saver and game changer!
A great CRM interface that makes it very easy to run your own books, contracts, client communication, and take payments
- The automations features are great, but lacking actual conditional smart automation abilities
- Hope to see a more complex interface in the near future when it comes to creating smart automations

Good for small teams
It was good overall for client-facing work, but I couldn't handle what I needed for task delegation.

I would not recommend it to others because other websites offer the same program with better options
It will be great for those who have their own coaching business to let clients book their spots
- It’s not as good for booking group classes for clients compared to other websites
- I will use the other website is set more

Great for many businesses...just not mine.
Easy to onboard and understand the dashboard/interface. There are a lot of supporting documents and videos.
- Easy to use invoicing software for come businesses like coaching and other online businesses
- It didn't work for us though
- In our business, we need to be able to receive and enter paper checks into our invoicing system
- This was not available when we subscribed
