Amazing booking system!

Having a great experience so far! We are an outdoor adventure centre so have a huge variety of products and we have found the system flexible.

What they liked
  • We really like the ease of adding our bookings in via the back office whilst also allowing customers to book directly
  • The waivers were a huge selling point as it has allowed us to go paperless

Scheduling at the beginning was tricky, however after speaking with [sensitive content hidden] their development team designed a solution for us

Just the best

  • The absolute worst booking experience ever
  • Not once, but twice they double booked my tours
  • I had to call the customers and explain they did not have a booked tour even though they had a confirmation
  • After the first time, I was told it was fixed
  • Then it happened again
  • Moving away from Beyonk as fast as I can

Love Beyonk

Beyonk has made our ticketed events seamless. The check in process is so easy. Guests purchase their tickets online ahead of time and arrive with a QR code that is scanned. Easy peasy!

  • It makes our events run much more smoothly

  • I truly don't have anything bad to say about Beyonk
  • Anything I need help with is taken care of, and if there isn't a feature they have that I want, I suggest it and they make sure I feel heard

Seamless, stress-free and looks good!

The whole onboarding process was super easy and stress free. [sensitive content hidden] was super helpful and listened to all of our requirements and made them happen. Our account manager [sensitive content hidden] has also be incredibly helpful when we’ve hit a few snags and helped us to get them sorted.

  • The platform is super easy to use and customise to make it your own
  • It works seamlessly with our website and the team at Beyonk, [sensitive content hidden] have been super attentive and supportive when we’ve needed them
Room for improvement
  • When you’ve grouped together experiences there is no way to return to the group without going all the way back through the products
  • It only takes a few extra seconds but there it’s the only thing I can think of

Unfortunately after years of service, our previous provided changed the terms of our agreement and wanted to charge an annual fee that we just couldn’t afford as a small business.

"Although ticketing hub has a lower booking fee than Beyonk, we felt the Ecologi partnership with Beyonk was more than worth the 1% as this fully fits with our zoos mission as a whole. The overall look of the Beyonk website was also a positive factor, as a Gen Z, I cannot stand clunky websites!!"

The site is very user friendly for both operator and customer. its professional looking and helps customers get what they want fast.

  • I have no issues with the system except fees and booking charges are more expensive than my previous supplier
  • However, this site is much more professional looking, offers much more variety and less admin for us

Great first month with Beyonk

The on-boarding process with [sensitive content hidden] was excellent, he helped set everything up and integrated it to our website. Everything is far, far easier and more intuitive to use than our previous provider

Fiddly to use, an absolute minefield to set up. I needed to call on 20 years of experience with legacy software and a great deal of trial and error to set it up (Both online bookings and the on-the-door system), limited customer service hours.

We are very pleased with the Beyonk booking system from the initial approach to the migration of booking information and continuing back up to resolve queries.

Great Experience

Only positive things to say. Would happily recommend to anyone (and have). Wish I had switched to them earlier.

Preferred the previous reports section initially but the newer version has grown on me and just as good now
