Quick support, dev team, and good community.
Have been using them for a few months in my cleaning company and they have been fantastic. Quick support, quick dev team pushing new features, and a solid community.

BookingKoala wins on customization and EASY booking!
My overall experience with BookingKoala is that I do think it is a valuable tool in the marketplace.
I liked the ability for customers to book cleanings based on an overall grand scheme of the work needed and custom capabilities
- I did not like how difficult it was to set up on the back end
- It is very time consuming and difficult for the average person to figure out how to do

For me the reminders are a great tool to have especially when trying to juggle multiple appointments daily
