Schedule your day with Calendly!
Overall, Calendly is important to set up meetings with potential clients/customers for my business. Scheduling out meetings with potential business partners is crucial in expanding my business.
Calendly integrates well with Google Calendar which makes it easy to see the availability for the calendar month
At times the syncing of the calendar can fail which can cause some issues due to scheduling and making important decisions

- I've been using Calendly for over a year now to schedule client meetings and it has been quite useful for that
- The best thing that I like about Calendly is how efficiently and seamlessly it integrates with Google Calendar
There was some limited customization initially with the free plan, but still useful or create automation with Zapier to compensate for the limitations

Calendly saves me so much time!
Calendly makes it easy to send links to people to schedule meetings. It allows lots of customizations, you can set up one time links for specific situations, it sends reminders to attendees, and allows me to ask questions of the person making the appointments if I want them.

- And the customizations are amazing
- I honestly like everything about Calendly
- They make it easy to use, easy to customize, and it integrates with several different apps that I use

It’s a great application overall, I especially like the fact that clients can set up meetings with me directly, I can take that off from the work of our staff which free’s up more time to do other tasks
- Most of the systems we use is apple but calendly for a strange reason doesn’t seem to be compatible with apple calendar
- At the end of the day we might have no other choice than to use alternative platforms that can integrate with the kind of systems we use

Scheduling all through the week. So I give it 9 of 10. It's one of the best scheduling software out there

It fulfills a need.
It works and sometimes that all you need from a software, resource, tool, etc. Calendly takes the guess work out of providing a Zoom or Google Video link while double checking connecting calendars. If you have more than one calendar or need more integrations and features, you will need to get a paid subscriptions which can be a drain on resources if you're trying to be lean or scrappy.
The many features that are offered, integrations, its ability to double check other calendars to prevent repeat/over bookings and that they offer a free subscription albeit extremely limited
- I would like to see a few more options made available under the free subscription
- Also setting up meetings can be a necessary hassle
- Sometimes you want an all in one resources

- Once you share a link, calendly can help do the rest in respect to booking
- Setting up as a first time user can be very confusing

Clean and really best option out there.
Overall, excellent. Clean, easy, and other calendar softwares just don't quite compare! It's the best one.
- Great for simple use, love that there's a free option
- It's relatively easy to navigate and I'm happy with what I use it for
- I wish that the free version had two meetings hooked up to it
- But can't complain about that really

Easier to schedule meetings
Overall I am pleased with my experience and will continue to use it. It is easier to share my calendar than going back and forth proposing times.
It is a straight forward system in which people can connect together and get a meeting without any member having to have the same platform
It does not automatically add to an outlook calendar and in today's market people still use both which has caused meetings to get missed,
