The overall experience with Acuity Scheduling has been remarkably satisfying. Acuity Scheduling enable me to plan tasks and meetings in advance, which help save me time compared to writing schedules on paper . It also allow me to share my available time with clients, enabling instant booking without back and forth emails and calls to find a convenient time for everyone. This enable me to manage multiple calendars effortlessly ,stay organized and manage my time more effectively.
- Acuity Scheduling's simple and clean UI makes it easy and comfortable to navigate and use
- Additionally it enable us to customize scheduling options and look good to our clients by adding our brand logo, customizing the color and copy of our scheduler
- Acuity Scheduling provides us with tools for scheduling and managing appointments which help us streamline our scheduling operations and management of multiple loan clients
- Acuity's automated appointment notifications and reminders enable us to stay ahead of all our scheduled meetings which prevent no-shows
- Acuity sync with Google Calendar is a gamechanger that has helped us eliminate double bookings and scheduling conflicts by adjusting our availability accordingly

- I have not had any problems with Acuity Scheduling
- It serves it's purpose to the latter and i have not found anything not to likes

Simple and Sleek gets the job done!
Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. The simple and sleek design and interface (both provider- and patient-facing) made it easy for sessions to be booked, charted, and paid for.

The SOAP note capabilities was the only con that I can think of; being able to take thorough notes is crucial for us and the way notes are setup for sessions was a bit time consuming

Practice fusion was too "clunky" and slow. The scheduling capabilities were very limited as well.

Acuity Scheduling works great!
I enjoyed Acuity but decided to stop paying for it. I use free calendly now
- I loved the ease of integrating Acuity with my google business

Don't recommend if you plan to grow.
I feel like its ok for a small 1-3 person company. It would be a waste of money for larger ones. Memberships were a headache. Learning it on your own is not fun.
Easy booking for clients, but the downside is that since clients don't have to create a log in, they will end up booking under multiple accounts using their different emails

- NO PHONE SUPPORT
- Not ideal for larger companies who want to do subscription memberships, it's very limiting and messy
- They only do POS with Square or Stripe which have super high CC processing fees

Great value for the cost
Very satisfied with this software and since it easily combines with our scheduling and client list, it's wonderful.

- Once you've learned the system it is quick and easy to view, make changes, or adjust schedules
- Makes scheduling and booking a breeze along with there is great customer support in case there are questions
- Has more features than most scheduling softwares
- Acuity makes scheduling my team so much easier
- No more messy spreadsheets or texting everyone back and forth
- I just set the times, and my employees can grab their shifts
- It sends out reminders too, so nobody forgets
- Super simple and saves me a ton of time

Great scheduling platform
Pretty easy to use, stores client data and clients dont mind using it. I like that i have different payment processing set up.
- The ability to easily set up different appointment times and that it saves client information
- Also stores all group class info
- That it changed the email confirmation that goes to customers where you cant easily add it to your calendar
- Now you have to download the appointment to add to your calender

Best Decision Ever made
Its been fun, but I did find a lot of frustration changing over. Once I did it was a breeze!
- It has everything and allows me to do anything
- i like everything so far, however wish they had more support to change over to them
- I have struggled with this

Daysmart is to expensive and support is horrific.

Looks great, But looks aren't everything.
Pretty good. I was very much enjoying the experience, it all looks very nice, but some further digging revealed its flaws for my needs.
- Sleek and easy to understand user experience
- At times a confusing admin backend experience
- Worst of all was no option for 'required registration' and no class pass/membership options at checkout

Set up & Go Scheduling
Overall it is a great way to set up the schedule where clients can book their own appointments without needing extra steps.

It took awhile to get used to having clients schedule on their own and I would need to change availability at times after clients already booked something
