Modern UI, Top Notch Developers, Great Value
Amazing. I needed help with an issue buried deep in WordPress and one of their developers was super helpful in getting it figured out. Truly great developers and it is reflected in the quality of the software and support.

Great plugin, great customer support. Real value for money
Really quick installation of the plugin. In addition the configuration was easy and very intuitive. After I couldn't get a service to activate I contacted support which answered over the weekend, which was followed up by xustomer support today. All in all excellent experience, and I would strongly advice non-developers to use this plugin!
- Loved the ease of installation and the customer support after I ran into problems, such a big improvement from the Calendly plugin I used previously
- Would strongly recommend adding this to your website
Thus far the only downside I found was the need for having an active employee in your installation and the requirement that employee is visible on the website

Great for small simple businesses does NOT work for complex booking requirements
I feel like this company is trying to sell a bigger solution than they have the infrastructure and resources to do. They have only thought about the platform from a platform perspective and have not thought about the actual use case. You can set up multiple branches and have numerous employees but there is no function for a branch manager view, you cannot look at the calendar and get a full view of the branches appointments for the day.
The price is reasonable compared with some other booking platforms however despite selling the platform like it can handle complex booking solutions it cannot really
- The sell it has a system that can handle complex businesses but it cannot
- Great from small companies but the more complex the business the less it works
- There is no receptionist / practice manager view
- Becomes difficult to use the more branches and more employees you have
- The calendar views are not user friendly
- Team members cannot see each others appointments UNLESS you give them full admin access to your entire backend of your website

Best plugin for booking
10/10 experience. If you need this kind of plugin, stop searching and take a licence. You will not regret it.
- Basically every part of Amelia is efficient, easy to use and implement
- I could not operate as a business without it
- Nothing comes to mind
- Everytime I had a bug or a problem, the support was prompt to answer, taking the time to guide me through steps and provide solutions

Amazing plugin for saving time, and amazing service after purchase!
I also want to mention, as a web developer, that when something was wrong and didn't work on my website, I contacted the support team and in days their dev team fixed the issue for me. They did the responsible and amazing thing of checking their own code and fixing the issue without blaming my setup like many other plugin developers, and only for that amazing service I am sure that I will be happy to purchase more licenses for friends of my wife who are interested in the same booking system.
- This is an amazing plugin for booking and managing schedule
- I bought it for my wife who is a therapist, and ever since, she spends so much less time managing her schedule
- The clients find the time, the clinic, and pay in advance
- They get a notification on email and on WhatsApp a day before, and they can manage their booking without talking to my wife
- That saves us lots of time and really makes our life easier
- Everything really works as expected
- I asked for a feature that will allow me to handle our WhatsApp responses better in the future
- Right now, I have to use a "fake" WhatsApp number and the client can send messages to that account, messages that we can't actually see
- The client receives an auto-responder, but it will be better to fix that integration in the future, allowing us to use our actual number, or block completely the option for receiving messages to that "fake" number

Comprehensive and Customizable, Coupled with Top Tier Support
Implementation was quick and easy. Setup and customization was easy and quite good. However, what was even better than the extensive capabilities of the plugin, was their support. They're responsive, patient, and thorough. Even when some of the issue was due to my configuration mistake, they kept pushing to find a solution and wanted to ensure I was successful. Hands down the best experience from a WordPress plugin provider that I have ever seen.
- Hands down it is their excellent support
- While you hope you never need to contact support, it's good to know that when you do you're going to get the help you need
- A close second is the calendar & appointment scheduling experience as it's intuitive and easy to customize
- I would say the the presentation of the providers and the detailed provider profile view
- It's important to note here that these areas are also very customizable and, for most use cases, are likely completely fine
- However, we were replacing an existing experience where the presentation of providers, and their detailed profile, was all custom developed and fit into our existing site design perfectly
- However, the default experience is still quite good, just wasn't what we needed
- This was okay because we decided to leverage their extensive API for keeping our custom presentation while still using the plugin for calendar, scheduling, appointment management, and all of the other excellent features

We needed an easier to use scheduling experience for our users. We got that and so much more as a result of the switch. Important note, we switched from JetAppointment plugin, by Crocoblock, but this wasn't selectable in the dropdown so I chose the closest option, Crocoblock's JetFormBuilder.

Best booking system ever!
My clients prefer this one iso my earlier booking system. and now I understand it better (using it for 1,5 months now) I love it. especially that it puts appointments straight into my apple diary,

Great plugin for planning workshops
Very satisfied with the product. The helpdesk people make sure all your needs are met, and help with issues which may occur. Plugin is easy to use after you get used to it.

- Also, the support team is great and always willing to help you
- The rebooking process its a bit confusing to set up in the backend

Powerfull Plugin with some quirks, great support (Pro)
I have been using Amelia Pro for a few months now and it is a great plugin offering quite a bit of functionality. For me it was really important to have events & appointments in one plugin as well as the possibility of a lifetime licence rather than subscriptions models. The plugin has some quirks and missing features (event tickets & dedicated pages per event rather than popups …), but the support has always been helpful and dedicated to fix any issues I’ve run into.
- Ability to manage both events & appointments - integrated payment solutions & integration with woocommerce - decent costumisation options - very dedicated support - lifetime licence rather than yearly subscription
- some missing features (but development continues) - sometimes unintuitive ui - somewhat lacking documentaion
