Great and Affordable Product
The online quotes, payment processing, and calendar syncing work well. I like that it automatically blocks out unavailable items. It’s also nice that it can generate contracts and invoices directly. The software is easy to learn and set up. The dashboard is clean, and it doesn’t take long to get comfortable managing bookings and inventory. Integrating it into a website was straightforward once everything was connected.
- Booqable offers great value for small to mid-sized rental businesses
- The pricing is fair for the range of tools you get, especially the online booking integration and inventory tracking
- It saves a lot of manual work that used to take hours
- Occasionally the website widget loads slowly, and sometimes the inventory sync lags if you’re editing items on multiple devices

Rentals made super easy!
So far, my experience has been mostly seamless. The online store builder is very intuitive and user friendly. The provided templates give a great base to then customize to our hearts' desire. We have no technical issues getting our business up and running online, and any queries we had regarding how to implement a specific feature set, was answered swiftly by a human CSR, or even sometimes immediately by their AI chat bot. All around, 10/10 would recommend.

Absolute game changer
I set up the website for our community lending library using the Website Builder feature and it has been a blessing. We are so happy that we don't need to use Excel files or handwritten notes to manage the inventory and lending process. Everyone who sees our site comments on how simple the process it and it's been received very well in our community.

- The team provides relevant and easy to follow guidelines to answer my questions
- I also find the online video tutorials to be extremely efficient, especially since they are referred to within the platform itself
- There are links to the videos at various locations so it's very easy to access immediate guides
- My only complaint so far is that they don't support right-to-left languages so it makes our website less visually appealing to the public
- Another issue is that the difference between the plans isn't so obious so it's a little unclear at first which plan is the right one to sign up to

Grateful for an easy rental platform from a good company
Ive had a great experience so far. The program has been wonderful, and the company has been individually helpful. I had a question, and someone called and walked me through it. They have been very easy and good to work with.

Booqable is great for party rentals!
Overall, it's been a very positive experience and would highly recommend this as a party rental business owner. As I continue to grow and more features are added I think this will continue to be the platform I use going forward.
- It was very easy to use and set up
- I have very little website building experience and I felt like I could do everything by myself
- When I did run into issues I was able to reach out and get very prompt support
- I chose the lowest tier of pricing and felt like that was adequate for what I needed to get started
- I'll likely explore the next tier up as my business begins to scale to unlock even more features
- It would really streamline my process to have a waiver esignature capture capability native to the software
- I rent bounce houses and some of them have a wet or dry option which I thought I could use the variations for however, when someone reserved the dry option the wet option was still available to be reserved
- I ended up having to create bundles to be able to offer both options but accurately display availability

- Booqable provides a great booking platform for our rental business where all features needed including website, booking, calendar, invoices, and payments are tracked without having to use several different systems or applications
- Easy for customers to navigate to make the booking process efficient, simple, and hassle free
- Allows you to easily manage your inventory with prevention of overbooking
- Very reasonably priced for all of the features it provides in one platform
- It would be beneficial if some of the lingo could be changed within the system: we do not have a brick and mortar for our business so we do all drop off and pick up of items and not being able to change the lingo can make it confusing to the customer
- I also believe it would be nicer to have a simpler way to insert the payment processor (stripe) into the invoices somehow
