Best Customer Support - Minor Integration Issues
Great support team, solid features, minor technical glitches but overall very satisfied with service.
- Excellent customer support and easy CRM integration
- Very responsive team and reliable call quality
The ability to use normal Gmail has been removed which i don't like ,Gmail integration was removed and occasional call quality issues during peak hours

The best VOIP company I've tried

- This is by far the best VOIP company out of all the ones I’ve reached out to
- First of all, the big ones like Microsoft and Google don’t even respond to pre-sale inquiries, so you can’t know if their services will match your needs
- With CallHippo, I was able to chat and then have a call with a rep who answered all my questions ahead of time
- Second, they are the best VOIP company I found for businesses outside of the USA and with international call needs
- Some of the American companies don’t even let you set up an account with them unless you have a physical presence over there
- And the calling rates for international are much cheaper on CallHippo
- Also, they have a really significant discount if you pay yearly
- Third, they have a free trial period of 10 days, which allows you to test almost all the functions of their service before you start paying
- At first, I was a little bit put back because I emailed their sales address with questions, and didn’t receive an answer for a couple days
- However, I then forwarded my request to the support email address, and got an answer within a few hours
- I have since asked them many many questions regarding how to set my account up the way I wanted to, and have always received a comprehensive and helpful answer within a few hours, even during weekends
- Fourth, I’ve read other reviews complaining about the quality of the sound on calls
- On all the test calls that I’ve made so far, the quality of the call was fine, except on one, but because my father was test-calling me from Barbados where he was on vacation, so I think it was a problem on his end
- In short, I’m really happy I chose CallHippo and have now upgraded to the starter plan before the end of the trial period
- I recommend anyone give them a try
- ;-)

CallHippo Review: App and Support Team
It's been great so far, i love the app's friendly layout and the functionalities. My team is also having fun, it's a lot better than Skype already!
- The app itself is great, but the support team really makes it worth
- They are always responsive, fast and willing to help out and answer all questions that we might have, Thank you [sensitive content hidden]
- This is not really a con, but in my Demo meeting i had explained that i would need to port in 2 numbers and that there would be no extra cost for it, but turns out it will and it's a bit sketchy to port our UK number
- But this does not affect my real experience with the app
Switched From
Skype is shutting down soon so we needed a replacement that could do what we need and be a better software than Skype.

Best VOIP internationally calling software
Overall experience is very good, Seamless integration with my Hubspot CRM, Chrome extension feature is also good.

CallHippo Review
It was frustrating at first as I am new to this, and since I was using a simpler services before. But with the help of the tech people, I was able to understand CallHippo.
What I like is the fast communication and quick replies to my needs and questions which other services didn't provide
I like everything in CallHippo and all their services especially the conference call feature

Microsoft decided to retire this product.

Wonderful and Quick Service by Agent [sensitive content hidden]
Can do much better in terms of technology !! The Customer Service team is excellent and quick to respond. Agent like [sensitive content hidden] are phenomenally awesome and helpful by nature.
The customer service team always do their best job in meeting up the expectations of the client's queries and issues arising thereon
Some technical issues like sending voice mail is repetitive by nature as per my experience since I'm into outbound calls

Great Experience. Pro-active Customer Support
Easy tool to use. Didn't need any handholding to understand how the platform works. The option to setup your own number based on which country you want it to be from is pretty awesome

- Very Pro Active and they reach out to you within a couple of hours and help you with the issue
- I had [sensitive content hidden] from their team connect with me and help me with my issue
- I couldn't find any issues per se
- Sometimes while making calls via laptop and if I'm not using Headphones, it's hard to hear and use
