Captivate was EASY to integrate and simple to utilize ongoing. I'm an individual contributor user and it fits my needs perfectly.

What they liked
  • Captivate makes it easy to quickly review the high level commissions reports, and also makes it easy to respond to discrepancies/errors with my finance team
  • As an end user who was formerly using an Excel spreadsheet "solution", Captivate is world's beyond
Room for improvement
  • Nothing comes to mind
  • Again, this is world's beyond our previous capability, and I'm thrilled with the functionality

Easy to use tool

I have used CapitivateIQ for several years across multiple organizations and it has been consistent with use and ability to track commissions. In general, I have very positive sentiment towards the tool and find that I would recommend it to my colleagues or companies that I work for in the future.

What they liked
  • It is very easy to use and the click paths to accomplish what I need in the tool are limited
  • The tool also gives me access to historical commission information that is very helpful for me to understand how I am performing against my plan

  • There aren't any specific cons that come to mind with the tool
  • It accomplishes everything that I need

Captivate Review of Information

I really have no use for it if it isn't going to share what/why we are being paid and explanations as to what we are being paid for.

What they liked
  • Captivate is easy to login to
  • It is hard to list a lot of things I like when the information entered is not enough
Room for improvement
  • It may not be a Captivate IQ issue, may be a BD issue
  • There is no information within Captivate that allows us to understand how we are paid and what we are paid for
  • It is way to vague

Great service for sales reps to track their commissions/bonuses!

I have really enjoyed using CaptivateIQ. It was simple to set up, easy to navigate, and very helpful if I saw any errors or adjustments that needed to be made to my commission statements. I would highly recommend the solution for any sales org.

What they liked

Easy to use, shows me clear breakdowns of quarterly performance, annual performance and what is due to be paid to me in the future

Room for improvement
  • It only forecasts what you would get paid commissions on if the customer has paid
  • It doesn't breakdown what you're owed, assuming the customers pay

Wonderful Change

Overall experience is a breath of fresh air. It is honestly everything I’ve been looking for when it comes to business tracking.

  • The difference of using CIQ compared to our prior platform is night and day different
  • Extremely easy to learn and quite customizable

Feedback with less use of captivateiq

I saw the commission started last month because the company calculate the plans so my less experience are very less. I want wo give a better feedback I think in 6 months of daily use.
