My overall experience with Qobra is Great :) I would highly recommend it to any company - blue collar or white collar, it is really simple but modern.
- At my company (HR Tech) we use Qobra to have visibility of our bonuses, I love how clear everything is, even understanding when the statements are closed or have been reviewed by the team
- Personally, this is my first time tracking my KPIS with such a software and it made me love it
It takes a bit of time to update between Hubspot and Qobra, but it is fine, it is just good to know that depending on the integration it takes some time

Visbility and efficency
Very very good experience. Since now 2 years enjoying to wok with Qobra as it is covering one of the most important thing for a sales guy: BONUSES
- Visibility real time on your bonus
- It helps you avoid and anticipate mistakes that can be made by operations team
- Sometimes at begining of quarter some email received from Qobra are useless
- However I like the fact that qobra is present daily

A sales driving and sales increasing compensation tool
Great sales compensation tool, giving sales reps immediate feedback on compensation after deals; helping to drive and increase sales. Awesome!
- Online integration with SalesForce CRM, ease of use, the ability to export to Excel, the dashboards, the ability to have complex formulas in background etc
- Sales reps see their comp immediately after deals and it increases incentives and sales
Nothing to be honest, it's the best comp tool in the market and it leaves us with no additional wants

Makes handling comp and providing performance visibility easy
The platform is really useful for me as sales manager to track my team’s performance, manage compensation and also provide visibility and transparency of all this to my team on a regular basis without needing to spend all my time in Excel sheets.
- The best thing about Qobra is that my sales team now have independent visibility of their performance at any given time
- It used to be that I have to keep sending them reports and I know the team lacked visibility into how they are doing/how they are earning
- The fact that Qobra simplifies this is very nice as sales reps should feel in control of their performance at all times and shouldn't be guessing how they are doing
- Our RevOps team helped introduce it to my team, so can't comment on ease of integration, but I think the whole organisation is loving it
- The only small drawback is currency conversion - our organisation works across mutliple geo's and because of this sometimes currency round ups result in some cent differences
- But this is insignificant and hasn't cause anyone major headaches

Great Transparency, Slightly Steep Setup
Overall, my experience with Qobra was positive. The platform is intuitive and visually clean, which made tracking and managing commissions much easier. I appreciated the transparency it provided to both managers and reps. There were a few areas that took some time to get used to—especially around initial setup but once everything was configured, it ran smoothly and helped save time and reduce errors.

- The interface was also user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and pull insights when needed
- While Qobra offers some strong features, the thing I liked least was the learning curve associated with setting up and customizing commission plans
- It took some time to fully understand how to structure more complex compensation rules effectively
- That said, once I got the hang of it, the flexibility became a definite plus

Better management of my monthly target with Qobra.
I use it daily to measure my variable achievement. It helps me make monthly projections, and the data is updated instantly, so I can quickly see the impact of my actions.
- The platform's ergonomics - Ease of use as a collaborator - The charts for tracking my goals - Real-time data updates to have the information when needed - Weekly email alerts for tracking and better control of my objectives
- Poor understanding of all accessible features - Unable to create subtotals in the tracking chart; I only have the total sum : to make side projection
