Overall, I'm happy with it and has referred the services with others.
I truly appreciated my onboarding experience and the time it takes for the support questions we have

Frustrating experience — unreliable software and poor support
Our agency has used CareTime for over a year, and unfortunately, it has caused more frustration than efficiency. The software itself is often glitchy and unreliable, which forces our office staff to spend excessive time troubleshooting instead of focusing on their actual work. Customer support is another major issue — the phone number provided keeps you on hold for more than 10 minutes before disconnecting, and even our caregivers struggle to get through when they need help. For a platform that’s supposed to simplify operations, it ends up creating more work for everyone involved.
It was affordable at $175/month for the first 9 clients and an additional $ if more than 9 clients

Basic platform, great for starting out
Overall, my experience with Caretime has been a positive experience. It is a cost-efficient option, but with that being said, you will absolutely get what you pay for.
- What I like most about Caretime is the help function
- It can help you answer just about any issue you are having
- And if you can't find the answer, the customer service team is very helpful
- I also like that it's a basic platform for a company who is starting out
- What I like least about Caretime is the overall functionality
- The wording of some stuff just doesn't make sense
- I find calling a client the "job" very confusing
- When you are working on billing, it doesn't signal errors or anything
- It would be more helpful to signify a mistake that is made or a box that needs to be filled in
- And if a box doesn't need to be filled in, or even used for billing, don't include it at all
- It makes it very confusing

Our Overall experience is with care time is good.
What I like most about care time is the excellent customer service from [sensitive content hidden] and the turnaround time to get issues resolved
- I can't send claims to the compile tab myself
- The app sometimes messes up on the caregiver's side

Reliability, Trust, and Efficiency
Overall experience with care time has been amazing I really appreciate they're level of customer service and attentiveness, as well as the reliability of their system it works very well
What I like most about Caretime is that I'm able to communicate with caregivers quickly and efficiently when I have new jobs and also it helps out a ton with billing for other services and tracking those services
What are like least about Caretime is I feel it should integrate with my payroll system more which would allow me to simply API over to my payroll system or just copy automatically and paste my payroll into the payroll system
