Great product for the investment
Processing billing and payroll became much easier with CareSmartz
- CareSmartz is easy to use and easy to train your office staff on its features
- It took a long time for an app for the office staff to be developed

RIGHT NOW I'M IN THE EARLY STAGES AT THE BEGINNING. HOWEVER I CAN TELL YOU EVEN LIKE NOW I AM ABLE TO STUDY AND THEN MEET UP WITH SARAH TO MAKE SURE THAT I AM COMPLIANT AND DOING THE RIGHT THINGS !!!YOU JUST CAN'T BEAT THAT.
- THE OTHER COMPANY THAT I HAD RUSHED THE PROCESS SO BAD UNTIL WE HAD A LOT OF MISTAKES AND A LOT OF DECLINES CLAIMS DUE TO EVV SETUP
- I COULDN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF THAT COMPANY
- WITH CARESMART'S 360 I WAS VERY RELUCTANT TO JOIN BECAUSE THE BEGINNING PROCESS THE COMPANY HAD TO WALK IT ALONE

- NOT ONLY DO I HAVE SOMEONE TO WALK THROUGH THE PROCESS WITH ME I HAVE "HUMAN" HELP ASSISTING ME TO LEARN EVERYTHING THAT I NEED
- MANY OF YOU MAY LAUGH BUT I HAD A GREAT FEAR BEFORE LEARNING SARAH WOULD BE THERE TO GUIDE ME

Someone please investigate their billing
Absolutely the worst experience with a software company. Not only was I billed erroneously for client's, but when I addressed it, I was yelled at by a Customer 'Satisfaction' Rep., He kept speaking over me and justifying that they billed me for client's we hadn't seen since July and it was Oct. They charge you per client but won't give you an itemized bill, unless you request it, so who knows how many other times I was erroneously billed for client's not seen. Then when I checked my credit card balance, I saw they charged me an additional $300. When I spoke to them and asked for a refund, I was told that they would but it wouldn't be until the next day because it was the end of the day (it was 3:04 pm). The software itself, had many glitches, and they were constantly doing upgrades which would normally not be a problem, except that every time they did them, it moved the gps pin so our staff would get an error message when they would try to clock in. Every single time, one of us would have to go in, and manually adjust the pin. Extremely time consuming. Additionally, they charge $10 per client on your roster. They make you list a card on file. For those of us in this field, we all understand that this is not logical, and it is extremely expensive, but when I tried to explain that to the Customer Satisfaction Rep, again, he argued. The best they could do was bring that down to $9 per client. Client's struggle to pay their monthly bills, I am not raising my rates because a software company is not client focused. So for all of the reasons above, we left. When I was charged an additional $300, I expressed that this was the final straw and felt that I should not be held to their 3 MONTH CANCELLATION POLICY and I received an email telling me that was not possible and they would still be holding me to that. Top of the line customer service right there. First of all, a 3 month cancellation policy is theft on so many levels, much less to bill me for client's erroneously, then to charge my card for $300 without my permission...All while getting yelled at and argued with when I am paying them thousands of dollars a year...I would suggest that someone dig a little deeper into their billing department, as well as their Customer 'Satisfaction' team...

Again, they are professional to a tee. I can reach them any time that is needed and their follow up is reliable.

Making Life Easier
Over all it has bee what we needed for this point in our business. It was easy to get started and now with FIN easier for me to get issues handled. I can get the answer to my question and not have wait on anyone to get back to me.
Having client management/scheduling and caregiver stuff all in one place has made life easier
- When you need to add a reoccurring charge to a client invoice such as an admin fee
- The system sends the client 2 invoices, one for hours the client has service and one for the admin fee
- Not client friendly

Top tier support
The platform was easy to adopt incredibly easy to use made payroll and billing very easy. I would’ve liked to see more integrations with third-party vendors.
- The support team is the best out there
- The AI features to kick off support make triage a breeze and then if you need any actual help, they’re always there to pick up the phone get on the chat
- They’re not afraid of getting engaged quickly
- Not as many integrations as I would like
- I would’ve hoped to see Moore around training
- CareGiver rewards AI scheduling things of that nature

Overall good. Training is excellent. There's lots of online help available. this is a huge step up over paper.
- Lots of functionality
- There seems to be an option for everything I want it to do
- There's plenty of opportunity for personalization, and it should continue to work as my organization grows
- Absolutely love the built in AI for in app help
- This is the best I've ever experienced in any software I've used
- I can get 95% of my questions answered quickly and easily using it
- Backing it up with a real person makes it 100%
- Old looking user interface, occasionally slow to load, Agency owner app has very little functionality, Some of the day to day operations are not intuitive (I don't need everything to be simple, but day to day stuff like scheduling should be)
- TEXT MESSAGING
- - That format is nearly impossible to work with
- I need something intuitive that all of my office staff can see and operate easily

Essential for Home Care Providers
Onboarding was easy, training was enjoyable, and the staff seems knowledgeable about the product and attentive to client needs, so after more than 2 years, we're very happy with Caresmartz360.
- In Home Care, scheduling dozens of Caregivers to work with dozens of Clients can become a nightmare
- Caresmartz360 does what we need to get the job done professionally and without errors
Like any software, lack of connectivity can wreak havoc, but they have options for dealing with that too

Very good software
The company had Great communication and customer support. They are very contactable compared to the program we currently use.
Clean layout and having ability to questions answered quickly through chat by live person and AI during off hours

overall it was great. There was great customer service
