User Friendly and Tons of Features
Love this software, would recommend to anyways that needs to transition from telephony.
AxisCare is extremely user friendly, most of caregivers have no problems transitioning from paper timesheets to EVV and telephony

Enjoy Using Axiscare But Would Love To See Updates
Overall I have enjoyed Axiscare and finds that it helps us run our business. The mobile app is very easy for caregivers to use.
It is visually pleasing - simple but with enough detail to differentiate different tabs that I use frequently
- I wish there was a way to charge different rates depending on what day of the week and what time it is
- For example, our business charges different rates for daytime visits, versus evening visits or overnights
- We have to manually enter this in each time
- If a visit happens to overlap two different time periods, it would be great if the rate could change automatically - instead of us having to chain 2 visits with different rates

Simplicity at your fingertips
There are a lot of things that have improved on this site since I had first started using it roughly 3 years ago. They are constantly trying to improve the functions of the site which is awesome. You can tell they are trying to make it more accessible and easier to use.
- You are able to quickly and easily add shifts and delete
- Creating a schedule is simple and all of your information you may need is right there at your fingertips
- This site is very easy to use and is always improving
- This site is not very mobile friendly when you are using it as an office manager
- The caregivers that use the app say that it is user friendly

Best Software
Overall, my experience with Axiscare has been great. From the use of the software and integrations to customer support, I couldn’t be happier.
- Axiscare is user friendly
- I like the ability to customize forms and have staff access in service training via the app
The one thing I like the least is not having access to everything on the Safari browser

Best CRM system with lots of "Bells and Whistles"
We switched to AxisCare as our business grew and is still growing. AxisCare has more "bells and whistles" that allows you to do more with this CRM products than other CRM for HealthCare out there.
- They have a great customer service
- It figures the travel time for you based on driving directions in the GPS
- You can customize each client and each caregiver for pay rate, mileage, expenses, etc
- It figures the overtime and holiday when you are running the payroll report
- There is actually no con
- If there is a feature that is missing and could be helpful, you can submit your suggestions and they will look into it and let you know

Well Sky was not doing a good job at fixing issues. They had a lot of needed features that were not available. It would be tedious to do any tasks and most of the time, it would have to be corrected.

Almost there
Out of all the vendors I have used AxisCare is the closest one to being a "one stop shop" platform.
- I like the robust reporting and access to integrations
- I had issues with billing batches rejecting due to a space in a diagnosis but not being able to figure out there was an issue until two weeks later
- Shifts that are changed prior to an aide clocking in or out is generating a modification for our aggregator Sandata and shouldn't
- When reconciling billing it does not reconcile the same shift dates that were ran in other batches
- Since batches can't be deleted once reviewed some batches have the same data

Unable to communicate with aides and there was no employment tracking.

So far okay, but still learning
Support staff are excellent, learning the system was good, some could be a little simpler to navigate, but then some tools are very useful.
- We like how we can hold lots of information on clients, caregivers and applicants
- How you can jump from client to caregivers
- We are still finding little glitches, with visit times that end and start at the same time, if a CG has accepted a broadcast
- Creating forms and tying to figure out why it isn't fillable by email
- Thought we had the signature fixed, but no the CG can sign both parts, even when it says OFFICE STAFF

- The onboarding and training for the implementation process was excellent with AxisCare
- They have a great customer support team and are able to assist us with any questions we have
- I don't like that I can't copy shifts to the same day
- There are some features in scheduling that are less intuitive than I would prefer

Good Scheduling System
My overall experience is positive. Much better than the last system we used.
- The calendar and scheduling features are intuitive and robust
- I wish I could bill a daily rate or fixed rate while paying caregiver an hourly rate
- Currently there is a bit of a convoluted workaround

Review of Axiscare
Pleasant experience overall. When there is an issue, support listens and tries to come up with solutions.
- The features that allows scheduling to run smoothly overall
- There are lots of ways to match clients with caregivers
There isn’t a stop and start date for caregiver availability, there isn’t a way to input every other week availability
