Charity tracker best case management tool.
Chariot tracker has allowed me to better manage cases, and better familiarize myself with clients.
What I liked the most about this software is its case management functionality and it is easy to use

Community Trainer and Data Specialist
It has been great, the tool is simple to use but robust, reports are helpful and the product and engineering team are helpful and responsive. I would love to see your product roadmap because I am trying to grow out network of agencies and it is helpful when talking to them and getting them on board.
- The Assistance tracker and the reporting capabilities
- Also the bulletins are a great way for agencies to share and communicate
- The ROI update via kiosk still is not possible and having to keep up with updating ROIs can be time consuming
- I wish there was an easier way than having to do it manually

Great for social workers
We use this software daily and for several ways such as case management and client demographic reporting
I like that others agencies I work closely with can be in my agency network and that I can keep notes and assistance private or share with others
Once a user is created with an email address, another account with that email address cannot be created

Charity Tracker Review
Because I don't feel Charity Tracker is a true case management software, our experience with it has not been great. It is very hard to keep files organized as there is no place for open/closed files and we have had to get creative to make it function properly and effectively for us.

- I would not consider Charity Tracker to be a true case management software as there is no was to view only "open" or "closed" files
- There is also no set way to assign files to specific agents
- We have created files for our staff and have to put them in a relationship with certain folks, which adds an extra step to indicate open and closed files
- There is also no specific way to add supervisory notes that stay in a certain location and don't get buried in case notes
- A way to upload more than one document at a time would be helpful

Love this system
Overall, my experience with CharityTracker has been extremely positive. Great system and customer experience!
Overall, the team is eager to meet every network's needs, which is greatly appreciated. We are pleased with the capabilities of the system!
- I really enjoy working with the technical support team if we need additional customizations to different features
- They are always quick to respond and provide clarification for any inquiries we have
- Also, we like the referral process within CharityTracker and are looking forward to seeing the impact made in our community as a result
- It is currently not possible for the same staff member to be an Agency Administrator in multiple agencies, thus increasing the risk of a referral not going through if a staff member is out of the office
- In the future, we hope to see extended flexibility in supervision to handle circumstances where one staff member oversees multiple networks within the system

It was Worth it!
It have been pleasant considering the software I used last year. It was easy to navigate and support was readily available, if needed.
- The software was user friendly and easy to navigate
- It presented with features that could be useful in different environments/systems
- I would've like to hide or remove features that weren't feasible for the information needed
- Also, an option to run a few generic reports for monthly data would have been useful without having to customize or filter,

I have absolutely loved it, honestly don’t really have anything negative to say about the product.
- I love the ability to run all of the different reports
- There are so many that you can run and it is essential to our business
- I’d love to see an option for the ability to show all of your cases listed by enrollment date or alphabetically
- That would make it a lot easier to see what/who our cases are

User Friendly
Overall I would recommend Charity Tracker to other organizations as it was easy to implement and is very user friendly.
I find Charity Tracker very easy to navigate, which makes training new employees and volunteers much easier
There are some custom fields we have created and I cannot get those fields to pull with details on any reports

Love the customization!
Overall very pleased; didn't feel pushed by the demo staff and reasonable costs for all of the customizable opportunity with this platform
- Love the multi-agencies for our program sites nationwide
- Truly appreciate the reporting functions and are able to customize for our exact model
- The implementation took some time as we came from a very different platform
- While it's lovely to be so customizable, it does take a good bit of onboarding time to begin with staff
