Great Consignment Platform!
[sensitive content hidden] is very responsive and helps you get up to speed using the platform right away, jumps in to help address any concerns you have.
- Useful features to run your consignment business
- Easy to use for you and your clients
- The clients know their products so important to save you time and allows them to enter their products
- At first clients couldn't see the product images and I considered that a huge miss
- but [sensitive content hidden] jumped on my concern and added that functionality into the system

Your affordable solution to anything Reselling
The migration was super easy, we only provided an export of data, they did the rest, with no mistake. Our team adjusted to the software right away. The best part is that if there is something that you really need, they will most likely try to offer a custom solution, which is so refreshing to work with people who care for your business! Switched From
Consign pro was not integrating with Shopify, + got "retired". The alternative we've been offered needed us to change our POS which we did not want to.

- I was originally looking at having to use multiple different apps/programs to get all of these features and would have had to spend so much more to do so

Great app for secondhand stores
Excellent. My partner likes the ease of use for uploading all of inventory with pictures descriptions and the ability to find comps on different websites.
- Very easy to use and does everything we need it to do for our store

- The creators are super responsive - you can’t beat that

- It didn’t sync with Square space but now it does so that is not an issue
- The creators are very responsive with adding new features
- Maybe a cross listing feature would be appreciated

Women and Children's Consignment - use of Circle Hand
AMAZING. I could not do my business without Circle Hand. It streamlines all of my consignment processes and is very user friendly for myself and my consignors. Automations make my life much easier. The customer service is excellent - quick and attentive. Wonderful people and platform - look no further!
Has transformed all of our processes, it reduces duplicative data entry, has an easy interface, exceptional support AND it is constantly being adapted to meet the needs of users

- If I had to randomly choose something - I would say that it would be cool if there was an admin role who could adjust reports and dashboards but I recognize that would be very tough to manage

A game-changer
We're impressed with the Circle-Hand teams ability to adapt input from their clients. We've come with many inputs and wishes - most of them have been met - and the response time has at all times been short.

- Also, with Circle-Hand the customer journey has sky rocket for all clients enjoying digital medias
- Some clients have experienced difficulties logging in to client area
- It could be lack of experience with digital medias, but also complex security routines at third parties

Excellent experience with Circle-Hand!
Circle-Hand is excellent and has allowed our small nonprofit consignment shop to streamline operations and consign with ease. Our consignors enjoy the ease of the portal. The customer support is excellent: they always respond in detail to questions and are receptive to suggestions on improving the product. I highly recommend!

Great comprehensive system for clothing consignment
Detailed comprehensive system without being overly complicated, relatively easy to use, and with personalized/responsive customer service (during European business hours).
- Great comprehensive system for clothing consignment and has a number of great features, like the customer portal, online selling, and consigner auto email options
- The design team has also been responsive and integrated a number of our requested adjustments or improvements
- We are overall pleased with Circle Hand integration with our POS system, Shopify
- However, it is not as fully integrated as we initially assumed and in some cases, currently requires duplicate tracking or data entry into both systems
- But this is improving over time with key integration issues currently in development (particularly on the Shopify side)

Love Circle Hand
Wonderful very easy. The team helped me put it into place and my artists love uploading their things. They like that they get an email when things sell.
