About Claritysoft CRM

Claritysoft is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solution designed for midsize and large enterprise businesses. It offers sales automation, customer service and support, marketing automation and social CRM within a single solution. Key features include account management, activity management, calendar management and pipeline management. Claritysoft CRM features a contact management module that allows users to import and unify contact lists from different sources such as Excel documents, Outlook and QuickBooks. It allows users to view contact location in Google Maps, which helps them plan routes for sales representatives. The email-marketing feature allows users to design email templates and pull contacts from contact lists based on filters and preferences. Users are able to access their stored CRM data in Claritysoft’s offline mode, and then synchronize changes with the cloud when the application is online again. Pricing is per user per month subscription. Support is offered via phone, email or web ticket.

Best-Value CRM Software for the Money

Perfect for those who don't need a cumbersome CRM. We were coming off of using SF. That system was bloated with features we never used. It was impossible to find answers in Trailblazer helps so we started looking around. I came across Claritysoft and reached out to the sales team. [sensitive content hidden] asked questions and LISTENED to what I needed. She didn't try to force a square peg into a round hole. Instead, she suggested the products we needed, allowing room to scale later. In a few days, we were up and running. It was easy to set the system up and to import our data from SF. I love Claritysoft. It was the best thing we did for our sales team.

  • Sometimes the knowledge Base articles refer to a previous version
  • However, the system is intuitive, so I am usually able to figure it out on my own with the help of the knowledge base articles
  • If I cannot, then a quick call to their world-class support team does the trick

We found Salesforce to be incredibly cumbersome and virtually impossible to receive help from their support team. Trailblazer articles are useless. We were spending wan too much time chasing our tails instead of finding what we needed so we could get on with business.

Recommend for small to mid sized companies

Overall very happy with Claritysoft CRM. It's structured but also customizable. We're able to alter it to fit our needs without so many options that it becomes difficult to manage

  • Claritysoft does everything we need to do for an affordable price
  • We have used other CRMs in the past that were not right for our small-mid sized company needs and were too expensive
  • We've been using Claritysoft for several years now and are very happy with the product
  • They take every suggestion into consideration for future upgrades
  • IT support always gets back to you same day, sometimes moments after reaching out

  • I have no complaints about Claritysoft CRM and we are very happy with the product
  • Areas where theres room to improve, the team evaluates and releases upgrades for
  • Charts could use some expansion, as I don't find those very helpful at the moment

Claritysoft Review

The CRM is very helpful to our Sales team. It helps them track leads, account activities, reminders to contact prospects/customers, estimated sales, etc. The Claritysoft customer service and sales team are great to work with as well.

  • Training videos are not listed in an order that makes sense fora new user to follow
  • E-mails sent to customers are not shown as a "touch", so you can't always identify or run a report showing the last time you connected with a customer
  • Product dictionaries could use an upgrade so you can move items around easily

Strong CRM Solution with Great Support and Customization Options

  • Modifying the sales and quote templates wasn't as intuitive as we had hoped
  • It required assistance from customer support to get everything set up correctly
  • That said, we're glad that Claritysoft offers customization services and that their team was available to walk us through the process when needed

Keep pushing!

Overall, I think it's a great product and has served us well, even though we still feel there are improvements that are very needed and very overdue.

  • Customer service, I can always call in when I have a complaint
  • Also, it's very flexible, I can always customize the next functionality that we want to add

  • The mobile app is still very lackluster, as well as the mobile version of the site, although much improved, still has limited functionality

Customisable

Has been effortless from Day 1 when we selected the tool. The ease of use is remarkable and the ability to customise dramatically reduces the total cost of ownership.

What they liked
  • Customisation and ability to easily re-design screens; add fields and supporting logic
  • All this can be done by a business user and not a business analyst or developer

  • Being located in Australia with support in the US and India, there can be a lag in between a ticket being raised and a response
  • That said, once a ticket is logged, the service is excellent

6+ Years with Claritysoft CRM

Our overall experience is 10 out of 10. We have used Claritysoft for more than 6 years and love it! We don't use all the modules, but accounts, contacts, sales, calendar, reports and marketing are all very powerful for us.

Claritysoft is a good CRM for people working with many different clients and is highly customizable

It's been a good experience, better than our last CRM. It makes it fairly easy to stay on top of everything especially since we often will need cross departmental support.

  • Could be organized a bit better in terms of menus and filters
  • It can sometimes be a bit difficult to sort through clients, especially since our clients will transition out of our services in 1 to 4 years

There are certain small things that don't seem to make sense (phone numbers entered as plain text rather than uniform formatting), or being able to adjust column views based on the view you're using

Clarity is great!

Overall it's been a good experience. I want to learn more about how to sort and filter clients based on the ones I am working with.
