Great Customer Service
Clearstream is meeting a need that makes things simple for users. So far they have been one of the best companies to work with, and when I needed some extra time they were right there to say no problem we can extend your trial and they did it twice.
- Very easy and very simple to set up
- Customer service is the absolute best
- They were very responsive and some of the fastest customer service I've ever received

- while yes it is simple there are features inside the website that could be brought over to the app
- Once such beenfit is being able to attach notes easier to the texts

Gloo was a nightmare. They were constantly broken.

Clearstream has helped us grow our engagement!!
Its been really great - we are a startup church and we worked with someone from the team to get our account set up and have been rocking it from that moment!
Its really user friendly - we love that multiple team members can be monitoring incoming texts and that we are able to personalize our outgoing text
Well of course we'd love it if it was free ;) Honestly its the only thing that might make it better for us at this point is the ability to have a free account up to a certain number of credits

Simple, good integrations

- We use this software because it integrates with our church management software, Planning Center Online
- It is proficiently easy to use with our database, especially with communication to recurring lists of people
- Cost is high, but not necessarily higher than similar companies
- Some aspects of the integration could be simplified from a user experience

In general it has been good so far. I wish a few kinks were worked out, and maybe that is on our user end. We like having a personal account phone number and for multiple people to be able to send texts.
- The integration with planning center is really great
- It helps us for our multiple ministries to be able to text each of their respective groups
- I wish the integration was a little smoother in the sense of being able to edit the messages from the Planning Center side
- As it is now, each person who schedules texts has to be able to login to clearstream to edit or change their messages
- The number of characters per credit also is very low, it costs us a lot to send messages compared to the system we came from

Our experience with Clearstream has been excellent. We enjoy the option to schedule future communications with the platform.
It is an excellent text communication and planning tool option for church management and follow-up tools
- We do not currently experience any real cons with the platform
- Sometimes it is hard to make sure the lists are updating accurately

New to Clear Stream and loving it
So far it's great, and we are excited to see how it helps us as we grow. We believe this will help us get out guests connected quickly.
This is helping us connect with New Guests and identifying them in an easy non-intrusive way
- Not sure yet, I need some more time using it
- We are using this as part of our guest service assimilation
- So PC integration is great, but maybe being able to access it through PC would be helpful

Overall, I have been impressed with Clearstream. They are very flexible in adjusting things to your needs and work with you and your timeline. The pricing is fair and definitely worth it for all the things you can do through Clearstream.
- Clearstream has great customer service
- They respond promptly and are super helpful
- You can ask a question and get a response within 5 minutes
- Overall, the platform is easy to use and offers a wide range of capabilities
- The only con would be that you have to enter an EIN number to do a free trial
- It would have been nice to be able to see things and run trials before entering that info

We have loved using Clearstream!
Overall the experience with Clearstream has been really great. From customer service to the product itself has been very worthwhile.
- I love how user friendly the dashboard is
- Everything has been very easy to understand and use on a daily basis
- We just ordered Tap Tags and are very excited to get these stuck to the chairs in our sanctuary space
- Nothing, so far everything has been great
- If I had to say something, it would probably be the time it takes to receive the Tap Tags
- 5-7 weeks isn't ideal, but it's not a big deal

Good for the price, but not for everyone
It fulfills its promises, and the one-month trial was great because it allowed me to try out the product before buying. I’ve been able to connect with the students better, especially first-timers, since I don’t have to share my personal phone number, which also protects my privacy.
- I like that I can text the students in mass but have individual conversations when they text back
- Simple interface that works with PCO
- I want a cheaper tier
- 1200 credits per month is a lot
- 600 credits per month for 10 dollars would be ideal for me
