Overall very positive. My financial team finds it easy to use.
- The program provides easy to use Church Management tools at an affordable price
- The fees for credit card usage are competitive as well
- I would like to see a better directory

Excellent Church Software
I highly recommend this service based on the affordability and ease of use. There are plenty of tutorials to help along the way and usually any issues you have or questions you have are answered within 24 hours.
- It is very easy to use and services all the needs we have for a church
- I love that we are able to customize the use of it for our church
- Our volunteers use it to help make sure guests are followed up with as well as church members are cared for
- There were other options that we considered but in the end what we found most beneficial was the value for the price
- I especially love the feature of being able to keep track of monthly and weekly donations
- The only negative thing that I have found is it is a little hard to customize
- We have also recently come into a place where Google Chrome has had issues running the program

Great product
We use Breeze to keep track of all our church members and attenders. Also, all the donations. It's really necessary in a church to have a program like this that is accurate and offers nice reports. Breeze helps us with both in-person and online donations.
- My favorite aspect of Breeze is the fantastic customer support

- In the several years I've been using Breeze everyone I've talked to (or emailed with) has been kind, patient and helpful

- What We Liked Least About Breeze ChMS While our overall experience with Breeze ChMS has been very positive, the main challenge we faced was the initial learning curve
- Like any new system, it took some time to get used to the layout, features, and navigation—especially for team members who weren't familiar with digital church management tools
- Some of the more advanced features, such as creating custom reports or automating workflows, required a bit of trial and error and some guidance from the help center
- However, once we got over that hurdle, the system became much easier to use and actually improved our efficiency

Breeze - making church management a breeze.
I have been with Breeze for the last 7 years and have loved my experience with them. Customer service has to be one of their best features. They also assign you a customer service representative who checks in from time to time and gives you updates on new product features, which gives it a next-level feel.
- One of the biggest pros of Breeze ChMS is that it is built and designed with churches and their unique needs
- Their customer service is top notch and I have loved using this program and seeing the future of this program
- My one complaint is the lack of integrated external printers that can be used with the program
- The printers that I currently use work fine, but it feels limited

Very happy with Tithely!
My overall experience has been excellent! We were previously using a system that was NOT intuitive so it was hard to figure out how to use it and there was NO support team available to help. We love Tithely!
- I have used Breeze/Tithely at two jobs now - in fact, I recommended it for my current position
- It is set up to be intuitive, has everything we need, and the customer service team is always great when I've needed help
- There are no big cons I've found
- There are little things like additional fields I'd like to see
- add an option for "mailing list" for members who don't want newsletters but do want other mailings

(Our old system was not listed on your drop down menu) Church 360 was not intuitive at all and there wasn't good support to learn the system. The manual was limited and didn't cover all needs and in person support was non existent.

My thoughts on BREEZE
Very Good. Would be "very great" if the speed of the app was greatly improved. It is a very good product that we will continue to use. Keep the cost down.
- Usability is simple for every user
- The app is easy to navigate
- Organization of the information is great
- Lack of speed is HUGE
- Younger users are not waiting for the app to load
- If there has ever been a complaint it has been the speed or lack of speed
- If I may suggest an update: give permissions to receive notifications a follow up was assigned to you via text
- Utilizing email can lag with so many young people using email less often

Great Church Management System
I have been very happy with Breeze. It has fulfilled everything we were looking for in a church management system.
- There are several things that are good about Breeze
- The program is very easy to setup and make changes to as needed, the ease of entering information, attendance tracking is great, and the ability to run reports for specific categories
- It is easy to run a Directory, but not so easy to edit the final report
- It is problematic to make changes, not to the information, to the format of the final product

Easy to use AND doesn't skimp on powerful, in-depth features
Very happy, and continually surprised at how much more Breeze could do than we first thought. Easy to use and powerful are a difficult combination to achieve, but Breeze has nailed it.
- It is super easy to learn
- the most intuitive CMS we've ever used, and the most powerful
- It provides a multitude of ways to access and process information
- We love how simple it is to create tagged groups, save search filters, and create reports
- The group email features are excellent, and the history feature enables us to see exactly who did or did not receive the emails (which allows us to fix incorrect email addresses)
- We also love the ability to create our own registration forms (and deploy them on our website, and other avenues) and have submissions connect directly to those in our database, automatically updating information
- The customer support is fantastic and really responsive
- Over time, we've been through 7 different CMS programs (giving each one at least a year or two of use), and Breeze is hands down the best
- At first we thought it was a little pricey, but when you compare with other programs, we have found it to be well worth it
- The group texting had some issues because of regulations requiring people to opt in, and that process was a bit clunky, but Breeze was working in real-time to address new requirements, and I thought they handled it as well as possible
- Getting a letter from one of the higher ups about what they were doing to address the problems impressed us

Our old CMS was very limited in it's ability to do basic needs (email, attendance, etc.). I think it was primarily created for the donations/financial side of things.

We Love Tithely!
Overall, I have been really impressed with Tithely Church Management. The staff have all been super helpful and have made it very stress-free for us to get started in using it!
- I love the ability to use Breeze and Tithely together
- It helps keep track of everything, from giving, new members, creating forms to enable easy sign up for groups and events, as well as managing a website and app with ease
- It is all around, fantastic
- There really isn't much
- The only thing that I think would be nice, as a church planter, is the ability to use the "Plan Your Visit" function on our website for monthly preview services
- Otherwise, though, there's nothing of note
