Phenomenal CMMS Platform
From dealing with true sales team, working through the implementation process and working with support it has been such a refreshing change to deal with Click Maint CMMS
- Click Maint is our go-to solution for managing work orders, repairs, and scheduled maintenance at our office building
- It keeps us organized and on top of everything, from equipment warranties to contractor management and repair costs

- The mobile app allows us to efficiently manage tasks on the go, offering ease of use, affordability, and quick setup

CMMS Review.
Overall my experience has been great. I've only been using the free trial now for about 4 days, but definitely plan on signing up after my trial. The support desk has been on top of every question I've had and have responded rapidly. VERY Happy with [sensitive content hidden] in the support desk. I would like to see the few changes be addressed. The big ones for me are the INVENTORY category for the phone app. And for non paying user to be able see the program to see what work orders are open and such but not make changes.

- It's very easy to navigate throughout the program
- It's simple and perfect for the applications I want to maintain in our facility
- So far
- There is no Inventory Category on the phone app
- Which makes it a complete pain to take pictures of your parts and add the to your part's edit screen
- I have to take pictures and email them to myself, then download them top the PC, to drop/drag them to the edit screen, save, then go through the whole process of deleting all the pictures off the PC
- The phone/ I pad app should have an Inventory category that works just like the Assets category does

Excellent Software
Excellent, from ease of use and the help of the support staff, things have been great. its an easy software to use for anyone at any technology level
- Easy to use and implement
- every page is laid out the same so navigating the software is made easy and only takes 3 clicks to get things done
This is still a new company so not all the features are available yet, but they are listening to our requests and trying to implement which is nice

World best CMMS brand for small to medium size enterprises
It is great, easy to use and it allows videos including pictures.it is also easy to implent. The layout feature is the best.

Click Maint makes maintenance fun again
What's not to love about dealing with the good folks of Canada! I'm getting exceptional guidance and support right from the start. We are a small account and they are treating me like I am a major account. Amazing!
- I reviewed two other platforms and found Click Maint CMMS to be intuitive, easy to learn
- The support has been lightning fast and helpful
- I've already created two work orders and have added all my assets
- The mobile access has a clean interface without all the clutter
- I'm able to see basic costs on labor and material after less than a full day on the platform
- I haven't encountered my first roadblock
- I've used the chat feature three times so far and they have surpassed expectations

I like the ability to have public request portals for our tenants to submit maintenance requests and the workflow allows us to review the request before turning it in to a work order
- It's not the most intuitive for property management maintenance needs
- I'm not a technician, so I don't know what context this would fit best in
- Thankfully, it meets our need for now, but I can tell that it's not natively built for rental property work orders

It's been GREAT!!!!! I'm extremely happy with the program, support staff and overall function of the program.
- I really like the simple and user-friendly format, across all platforms (PC, iPad, android)
- The links, blogs and videos are all very helpful
- The support team has been VERY responsive and helpful
- No big cons for me
- A few bugs that I've found and brought to the dev teams' attention
- But that's to be expected with a young company
