Nice CDXP platform
We have a better understanding of our customers. Finally we can segment different audiences taking into account customers behaviour and not only demographics. Plus, we can personalize website, pop ups and newletters content. The money you pay is worth it

There are so many customisation options for each workflow that it is sometimes difficult to set them up perfectly and not have overlapping rules
