About Convoso

Convoso’s all-in-one contact center platform generates and converts leads faster using multiple communication channels. The cloud-based solution offers multiple dialing modes (predictive/power/preview) along with two-way texting, outbound emailing, smart voicemail drops and Dynamic IVR to pre-qualify leads automatically. As a cloud-based solution, Convoso’s Contact Center solution is accessible over the internet through servers maintained by Convoso. The solution supports customer-centric industries, including insurance, travel, debt settlement, education and more. It helps users manage call volume, sell products or services, conduct market research and qualify sales leads. The predictive dialer helps users predict agent availability and maintain the pace necessary to ensure maximum call volume. Dynamic IVR automates customer flows so that maximum customer queries are solved through automated and human-like responses and the rest of the queries are routed to the appropriate agent.

Turn key dialer as it finest

Support is great, fast and helpful, they even do some stuff for us when needed and are always available within a few minutes of our support request.

What they liked

the initial setup was done for us, we just have to login and start receiving calls, it was simple and easy for the team

Room for improvement
  • the take some time to get the onboarding done
  • this could always improve but it was decent, the team was always in contact and ready to step in and help

Convoso Experience

My experience with Convoso is it is a good program. There are still some small issues that need to be taken care of or adjusted but overall its a very simple system to use for a call center enviornment.

What they liked
  • What I love most about Convoso is the system is very easy to manage
  • It's easy to be able to take a call and to transfer to another department without any issues
  • Also logging in is much easier compared to the other system I use to use
Room for improvement
  • The least thing I like about Convoso is there is no setup to where you can place a call on hold and call other line on the other line
  • You would have to finish the first call before making another call
  • Unfortunately, I cannot do a three way or a conference call with the system
  • Also, the system has its moments where if it does not get a good wifi connection it will log you off of the system and you have to log back in

Customer Service - Reports - Confidence Level - All Needs Improvement

If there is something wrong operationally with Convoso I need to goto Customer Support but I don't get answers there and if something is good going, that time also I don't know why it is all good. So overall, I never build a confidence nor I get any actions or learnings. It's going good, celebrate. It has a problem, should get fixed in sometime automatically. Like restarting a laptop has solved 80% of the problems but that's not the actual troubleshooting.

What they liked

User friendly interface - The options in the main menu and the sub menu options are very much self explanatory

Room for improvement
  • Customer Support - I am not happy at all with the customer support
  • Let me give you an example that fits in my experiences on most of the interactions
  • A day I reported a few leads without any customer on the other line
  • Those leads were just 30 minutes old because it took time to take lead IDs from the live agents in production
  • I was asked for most recent examples so I went back and this time came back with new examples within 15 minutes
  • Meanwhile, the issue was resolved and I was informed to get back if the issue happens again
  • My point was to know what went wrong there but eventually I didn't get to know that and we were put on wait for that issue to happen again
  • Another example, on another incident I asked for RCA on something that was terribaly wrong on Convoso (Global Outage at Convoso that day) and I got the RCA after more than 3 follow ups
  • The received RCA was very generic without any actions taken to prevent that issue from happening again
  • The reports also are not excel friendly, specially when you want put a vertical and horizontal breaks together

Convoso; Efficient & Easy To Use.

Amazing, Convoso in my day to day use is very efficient and easy to use, I've been able to pull up reports effortlessly and due more then what one could imagine.

Room for improvement
  • Not being able to just switch an agents status from an Admin's Convoso
  • Not able to send a text message while on an outbound call (that would be an amazing feature)

Convoso is great and likely a top 3 contender.

Overall, Convoso is reliable and has great functionality. For the purpose of our company Convoso does support our requirements and is constantly changing to try and provide a better customer experience.

What they liked
  • The settings are very intuitive
  • I found that with a little testing or contacting their support department we could achieve whatever outcome we were looking for

I think although the setting options are great and allow deep customization for your desired function, some of them are not very self explanatory and could use improvement, or more informed customer support team when asking about them

Convoso is the Best. Most Expensive. Most Comprehensive.

Overall I can say that there is nothing that could take me from Convoso. I have not had enough frustration with it to want to change. I am learning new things about setup and flow every single week. You will need someone who knows Convoso well to give you guidance as you're learning how to use it because it's features have features that have features, that then have settings in another part of the dialer that affects something that had nothing to do with what you were working on so be careful. I have been using it for 7 Months now and I can honestly say that this is the most comprehensive dialer on the market. If you have a simple setup, this might not be for you. But If you are working a decent size team with more than one department and a dynamic flow for your calls then this is for you. Be ready to pay up because with great software come great monthly bills. They are extremely expensive. Worth the price? Not entirely. It's definitely overpriced. However, it's the best. Do you want the best?

  • Its features allow for so many different ways to have control over your data flows and agent responsibility
  • The endless amount of ways you can configure your setup is my selling point
  • I have worked with several dialers in the past and not a single one can measure up
  • It is not simple to use
  • You will both love and stress about this
  • But its all worth having complete control over the process in every imaginable way
Room for improvement
  • Convoso has some issues regarding identifying and dispositioning calls that were not connected to an agent for any reason
  • Dont believe it when you see 'Disconnected Number'
  • It's 99% of the time not going to be a disconnected number

wonderful for work!

use it strictly for work. helps manage calls very well.

  • cant text or send DM's clients - and it doesnt track my call history more than a couple days and once an appt has passed cant go back and look at it
  • if you miss it its gone

Convoso is Great

Convoso has been super simple to use and understand. I have had a great experience with the application itself as well as the account reps who troubleshoot and help with small bugs and updates. 10/10

What they liked
  • The availability of account managers to help with any questions I have
  • The ease of use makes day to day operations run smoothly and because the program is so user friendly
  • as an admin I am able to teach others how to use the program as well
  • This makes onboarding new agents a breeze

  • Making 3 way calls and transferring calls can be a bit complicated

Convoso is a upgrade

It’s good I like it I really don’t have much complaints besides the least of what I liked but in regards to every I like the call flow

It helps go through the calls and kept all incoming flow properly and disposition calls and inbound and outbounds

Room for improvement

The fact that once it ends the call it gets immediately through ready but that’s me personally I just didn’t like that
