Calabrio ONE is awesome

I've worked with Calabrio before, and this is definitely the easiest and most useful version of Calabrio yet.

I love the fact that we can move segments of our schedule around on our own, which leads to better adherence

  • So far, I haven't found anything to dislike about it

Good Experience, helpful product one of a must have products in our business.

What they liked

Unified, easy WFM/QM, AI analytics, strong support & integrations as it helps with literally everything regarding the RTM and scheduling

Room for improvement
  • you could encounter limitations if you have very specific scheduling or reporting needs, or face challenges integrating it with older, existing systems
  • Some parts of the interface may not feel immediately intuitive, and a few users have pointed out that call transcription accuracy could be better
