Cyberimpact: Handy as a Canadian company, but not the best email software out there
Overall, Cyberimpact isn't my favourite email newsletter tool, but it gets the job done. I think there are more sophisticated options out there if you aren't restricted by data storage compliance.

- Their support team is quite helpful and responsive
- It's my understanding that they will actually take feedback and suggestions and consider implementing them, which is reassuring and beneficial
- It's not just a "thanks for the feedback"; they actually seem to consider it for the betterment of their consumer experience
- Cyberimpact also allows you to set up teams under an admin account, which is helpful in our organization
- We have a few units who run their own newsletters but they are not communicators, so it's nice to have the opportunity to build out templates for them and let them populate them
- I also appreciate Cyberimpact's payment structure
- It's flexible depending on the number of contacts (more contacts = higher price)
- We cut our list down in the summer, so we get some cost savings by doing so
- I find Cyberimpact extremely finicky and annoying to use in terms of building out emails
- The drag and drop content blocks can be cumbersome if you have long sections
- I wish there was a better way to edit content and copy; it feels more monotonous than it needs to be
- I also wish you could save a complete draft, email, subject line, preview, the whole shebang
- Currently you can only save the email body, and then the subject/preview are added once it's about to be sent
- The whole process of building out and sending our bi-weekly newsletters feel like it takes longer than it needs to because of the editing features

Cyberimpact is Canadian and awesome!
We switched to Cyberimpact because it was a Canadian company, and we were experiencing bugs and high prices with Mailchimp. Cyberimpact has been super reliable and easy to use, I regularly train new students to use it and the learning curve is quick, and I'm really happy with the service in general!

overall positive experience. i like how aggressive you are with the new features being added but some advance notice is always appreciated
